If requested, the living room couldl be converted into a 3rd bedroom still leaving the family room available for gathernings.This room is equipped with a 40'plasma T.V. and a fire place. Accordion style room dividers will be brought in to give you the privacy and separation of a bedroom. In addition, a stylish wardrobe closet would be brought in. The 2nd bath has laundry facilities as well.

Newly built modern home boasts a great room with skylights throughout, dark wood floors, and plenty of storage. Designer-decorated chef's kitchen with state of the art appliances, skylight, and large island with four-stool breakfast bar. Dining Table for formal dining. There is only one problem, you will love the house so much that you will not want to leave it.

Loved the house. It was beautiful and had an amazing time! Owner worked with us when we arrived earlier than scheduled time!!! Totally would come back in a heart beat
