Totally private inside, yet, you walk out of the building and you are on Westwood Blvd., with all it has to offer, from Restaurants and shops to boutiques and entertainment. Exquisitely furnished with top of the line and brand new designer furniture, HDTV, free WIFI, cable, sofa, coffee table, chair and desk, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, high end solid wood kitchen cabinets, queen size bed (can sleep 2 comfortably), with all new bedding materials, clean sheets, pillows with cover, and blanket, night standers, and dresser. Just bring your tooth brush. Air mattress can be provided for additional guests, with full bedding material. Central air/heat, vertical blinds, full tiled bath with tub and shower. Kitchenette, with under cabinet fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and cooking facilities, with pots and pans, plates and utensils. Courtyard and cozy building Free gated and assigned parking, and gated building. Building entry is gated, for additional security, although the general area of westside Los Angeles is extremely safe and secure. All utilities are free (gas, water, electric, WIFI, cable). Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period. Towels and sheets are provided, however, you would have to wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the sub level parking structure. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a $95 per service charge, Please let us know if you are interested in this service. Non emergency repair requests during off hours will be attended to on the 1st business day, thereafter. Centrally located in the best and safest area of Westside Los Angeles, near shopping, restaurants, beaches, UCLA, Century City and Hollywood) There are more than a dozen American and ethnic restaurants, in the immediate neighborhood. Each unique in the quality and type food they serve. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat. Well supplied local grocery store within 50 feet of our front gate. Entertainment, movie theaters, shopping and food, Century City Westfield Shopping Mall, and Westside Pavilion, less than a mile away.
Getting around
Bus stop to UCLA 50 ft from the building. 5 min bus ride, or 20 min walk. UCLA within 1mile distance (20 min walk). Major public transportation lines, local, and express bus lines within 200 feet of the property. You can be anywhere, within a radius of 15 miles, in less than half an hour using these bus lines.
