About the neighbourhood
This is a spacious, quiet and private apartment is located in Van Nuys near Sherman Oaks and North Hollywood. Close to the Van Nuys Courthouse, Federal Building , Post Office and the Police Station. It is about a 2-5 minute distance away from two shopping malls, a theater complex, boutiques and many restaurants. Be sure to visit on of my personal favorites, Lido's Pizza!
Getting around
Take a short freeway ride to visit Universal Studios, Hollywood Blvd., Westwood, Hollywood Bowl, Griffith Park, LA Zoo, and some of Downtown LA's unique venues such as Chinatown, LA Live, Staples Center and Olvera Street!
