Greenways is a lovely 4 bedroom detached house on the outskirts of the pretty waterside village of Newton Ferrers. Set back from the road in its’ own large plot of land, Greenways is the perfect spot for large groups or a couple of families to spend a holiday. Downstairs there is a bedroom/study room furnished with a set of bunk beds, desk and piano. A cosy lounge with 2 large sofas and a wood burner provides the perfect place to unwind and relax in front of the large smart television. However you may not spend too much time in this room as the huge kitchen/diner is really the focal/social point of the house. This fabulous space has wonderful views of the surrounding garden and fields beyond. Fitted with a large range cooker, multitude of cupboards and a central island, the multi aspect kitchen is the real hub of the house. A large wooden table seating 8 is strategically placed to enjoy the views. A couple of comfy chairs are also set by the back facing windows where a glass or 2 of wine could be easily consumed whilst soaking up the views! Off the kitchen is a children’s playroom furnished with all sorts of toys and games to keep young and not so young entertained. There is also a downstairs toilet and a huge utility space with washing machine and dryer. A perfect spot to hang wet suits and wet towels after a hard day on the beach! A wide staircase takes you upstairs to 3 double bedrooms. The master is dual aspect and the wonderful views can be enjoyed from the king bed – you may not want to get up in the morning! This room also has a large en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 faces over the back garden and is fitted with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 overlooks the front garden and also has a double bed and space for a cot. The family bathroom is also on this floor with bath, separate shower and wc. Outside the garden is laid mainly to lawn and wraps around the whole house. It is perfectly level with various patio and decked areas to enjoy the surrounding countryside. There is ample parking for 3 or 4 cars. Dogs are welcome. Greenways is a lovely house – a perfect space to enjoy the wonderful amenities that Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo have to offer. If you are a fan of quaint waterside villages, easy access to beaches and fabulous coastal paths, then look no further! Greenways is the perfect family holiday home. More

A really lovely house, it's got everything I could think of that you'd possibly need and everything is in great condition. The driveway is huge, so there is plenty of parking, the garden is secluded with really nice views of the valley at the back....More

The location of this house is easily found just a few miles off the Devon expressway and on the edge of the village. The accommodation is very good and well maintained with a lovely quiet garden overlooking the valley and hills to the rear. Inside...More
