Interaction with guests
Access is by key code. Our Welcome Pack contains comprehensive information about things to do in the area and we will also be in email/ phone contact with you ahead of your visit. We try to keep the house perfect - and we usually aim to answer any questions or requests for help during your stay within 3-4 hours. However, in case of emergency, we have a local housekeeper in the village. Please bear in mind this is a remote property; Inverness is 2.5 hours, Ullapool is 1 hour, so urgent repairs or breakages may take a day or two to fix - and locals do not work Sundays. So we do ask if you break anything, or something is not quite right, to please notify us asap as mail orders/ items from Inverness/ elsewhere, take 3-5 days to arrive!
