Our B & B is suitable for couples or families with children, with a peaceful garden and swimming pools, the rooms have bath and private entrance. You do not have to use the kitchen. There is Ac in the room but you need to pay $ 5 each night for use the ac. We are 5 minutes from the center of Sosua, just 50 meters from the sea. Occasional guests are not allowed. Prices are for room and include breakfast for two people. You can rent a scooter or a car directly with us. we offer typical Italian meals at a very affordable price. Possibility of shuttle from all the airports of the island. Languages spoken Italian, Spanish, English.

Gem of a place
Oh yes this is truely a gem of a place. Foid cooked to order You know when you find a real gem of a place well folks here it is. Host was amazing. Food freshly cooked to order, cold drinks readley availble. Pool was lovely just the right temp. Short walk to beach 10 mins max with beautiful view and a safe area. Oh yes very quite just what we wanted. Recommend this place 5 star plus

Hervorragende Zimmer, sehr nette Besitzerin
Wir haben in einem sehr gemütlichen uns sauberen Zimmer geschlafen. Die Besitzerin hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und war unfassbar nett und hilfbereit. Morgens macht sie Frühstück mit selbstgebackenem Brot und selbstgemachter Marmelade. Dazu können z.B. Eier gewählt werden (Spiegelei, Omlett, Rührei,...). An dem Haus befinden sich zwei sehr saubere Pools. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 minuten zu erreichen. Mit Bussen können zusätzlich die Strände in Sosua und Cabarete in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden.
Ich kann diese UNterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Felt safe and welcome
B & B pavillon
Was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I only stayed one night, but it was enough to know that whenever I get back to Sosua or that area I will stay at B&B Pavillon.
First I paid to have the host picking me up from the airport. I was concerned that my airplane was late so I called from Miami, but the host was ready, she already knew and reassured me that she will be at the airport to pick me up. And she was, Christina with her sign at the entrance of the airport, a relief after traveling all night. She was upbeat and ready. We drove to a beautiful quiet home with a swimming pool and very nice ground. The room was nice, clean and decorated in very good taste. B&B Pavillon is a probably about a mile from downtown Sosua, that afternoon Christina took me around upon my request and drop me off in town, I called about 9 pm and she picked me up, the price very reasonable for this service. The whole experience was a delight. A very nice breakfast was included in the price and Laguna beach is within walking distance of a virgin beach. Nice for a walk and maybe a quick swim if you are careful. I took a nice exploration walk with a couple of guests that were staying at B&B. The next day, I had lunch at Christina and the pasta- she is Italian was delicious also for a very reasonable price. At this place you will feel safe and in family while still maintaining your room with a separate entrance. Strongly recommend this place and the host and her family..

We have found new friends
We stayed one month in this nice little piece of paradise. Cristina is such a wonderful host and she treated us as family. This woman has so much energy that We were amazed! Place is always clean, breakfast or lunch or dinner always ready, she gave us tons of advices about where to go, how much to pay etc. Only problem was quite uncomfortable bed but we just might be spoiled....lol
We will always find time to meet with Cristina and Luca if we will happen to be around.

un accueil chaleureux qui nous fait sentir comme chez nous
un sourire vous accueille, une personne dévouée qui prend soin d'accueillir les clients et qui vous mets à l'aise dès les premiers instants.
Très arrangeante, elle ne sait pas quoi faire pour vous faire plaisir. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, le cadre est magnifique, la proximité a la plage est appréciable.
Quand vous lui demandez un renseignement elle vous indique tout de suite ce dont vous avez besoin.

Beautiful hotel by the beach and amazing owner!
The hotel is located close to the beach in Sosua. Rooms were very clean, spacious and right by the pool! We were the only guests so basically had the pool for ourselves. The owner Cristina is so nice and helpful! Breakfast is included, she cooked us eggs, bacon and baked cakes. Very good stay for a reasonable price!

Amazing spot!!
My husband and I had the most wonderful time at B&B Pavillion! Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast in the morning with homemade cakes by Cristina was so delicious and everything was just perfect! It felt like we were part of a beautiful family!!! Thanks so much B&B Pavillion for an unforgettable vacation! We'll be back for sure!!

un angolo di paradiso a sosua
Dei cari amici mi hanno consigliato questo B&B quando l'ho visto e conosciuto la gentile proprietaria ho detto "questo fa per me". Ristrutturato da poco si presenta accogliente, pulito e curato, camere spaziose con colazione inclusa , con possibilità di pranzo e cena a prezzo irrisorio, le due piscine sono incastonate nel bel giardino con palme e fiori, il tutto in un ambiente molto famigliare, lo consiglio anche a coppie con bambini
ha dimenticavo.....provate le torte che fa Cry per colazione!!! buonissime
