House Rental
Private house, walking distance to the center of the city (city hall, Albay Astrodome, Albay Cathedral) and still very quiet, at the end of a small street. Safe community. Private garden. Fully renovated end of 2018 and early 2020. Inverter A/C in the living/dining area and in 2 bedrooms, split A/C in one bedroom. Upgraded Fiber WIFI. Cable Cignal TV in the living room. We can arrange pick up and drop off at the airport (5 minutes drive).

Smoking is allowed only outside the house, in the garden. We request a penalty of $50 if there is smoke smell inside the house on departure. We offer an allowance of 150 pesos per day for electricity (this is what we spend when we stay in the house). Additional 10 pesos/Kwh will be charged on departure; the meter is checked on arrival and departure.
