The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property. We will also consider taking one dog with a £25 surcharge applying. We accept payment by BACS bank transfer no charge. Card payments VIA PAYPAL or by cheque. A £35.00 booking fee is applied to every booking
