For those seeking a slightly more sedate pace, the apartment is perfectly placed for walking and enjoying the tranquility of the area’s nature reserves along this stunning stretch of coastline. Gullane Bents is an easy ten minute walk leading down to a fabulous horseshoe curve of wide golden sands leading all the way down to North Berwick. Add some award-winning restaurants to the mix serving the very best of fresh local produce, and guests here have a rather perfect holiday combination. The apartment sits on the upper floor with a bright contemporary open plan living space punctuated by lovely pops of colour and views over the rooftops. The kitchen is well equipped with all the main essentials, with a dining space for four and a breakfast bar for those looking for easy holiday catering. The bedroom can be configured to twin beds or a super king offering complete flexibility, leading into a small dressing room area and a separate bathroom. Outside there is a communal garden area with plenty of amenities and dining options all within a few minute’s walk. Just 45 minutes from Edinburgh, it's a perfect weekend destination with easy train and road links meaning you can make that transition from work to Friday relaxation in no time! ACCOMMODATION Secure access into a period building comprising a block of 4 apartments; two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor. The apartment sits on the second floor. There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment - no lift access. Access door with inner stair leading up to: Open plan living space comprising sitting room space with large sofa, armchair, Smart TV. Dining space with seating for four. Kitchen with 4 ring ceramic induction hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, fridge with small ice box compartment. Separate small utility room with washer/dryer. Bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Bedroom which can be configured as a super king double or twin. Side tables, dressing room area with plenty of hanging space and storage. OUTSIDE There is a garden which is shared between all apartments with bench seating. A barbecue is not provided. PARKING There is a designated private parking space for one car. Additional on-street parking can be found opposite on the High Street. BABIES & CHILDREN The property is not felt to be particularly suited to babies and children. DOGS Sorry, dogs are not allowed. GUEST AMENITIES Bed linen and towels are provided. A hairdryer is provided. WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE Wi-Fi is available. Mobile coverage is good on most networks. HEATING The property has gas central heating throughout. GUEST PRIVACY The apartment is a second floor apartment in a building which comprises four other apartments in this wing, with four apartments on the other side. The garden area is a communal space. Brilliant stay - highly recommend
My wife and I had a great stay at Little Archer. It is ideally located in the village of Gullane, walking distance to a number of nice pubs and restaurants, while the spectacular beach and Gullane golf courses are also on your door step. The flat itself is very comfortable having been furnished to a high standard with all the facilities that we required for our stay. We will definitely be back! Thanks v much.
