Holiday Rental House
Situated at the head of Loch Etive, Hollybank is the last house at the end of the road that leads down the glen. From the A82 it is a 13 mile drive along a single track road, passing through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Scotland. It is secluded, suiting those in search of peace, quiet and solitude. Being 20 miles from the nearest amenities in Glencoe and Ballachulish it is important to be well stocked before you arrive! The house has been completely modernised from top to bottom and is now a wonderfully comfortable and modern home, while maintaining a traditional feel. There is a bright and welcoming hallway leading on to a large double-aspect lounge with stunning views south down Loch Etive. About the neighbourhood
Glenetive is very peaceful surrounded by trees, mountains and water. Plenty of wildlife to be seen even deer grazing out of the windows of the fabulous view of loch etive. Plenty of kayaking to be had on river etive. There are no local shops or bars/restaurants in walking distance. Most are 35 minutes drive away in Tyndrum or Ballachulish. Although Glencoe Mountain resort is 15 miles away but just across the glen. Here you can ski in winter or mountain bike in summer. They also have a cafe open till 9.30pm.
