It has a private, gated outside decking area, great to secure children or pets. Wifi is available free of charge. It has a shower room, small double bunk room & a double bedroom, kitchen area for self catering, dining area, lounge and television. Private decking, with seating and private parking. Local pubs serving good ale and food. NB. Should you have just missed out to a booking on a different site, you may be asked if you would like our SISTER CABIN called 'AUDREY' - situated alongside. Almost Identical layout and photos available here numbers 19; 20; 21 PLEASE NOTE FOR YOUR INFORMATION:- Although 1 night bookings are offered, at busy times, single nights may not be possible. Heating, hot water and oven are run on LPG, with the boiler located outside the cabin, in a separate boiler housing. A thermostat is located in the hallway with a simple higher and lower button control, with a pre-set timed programme (not to be altered by guests please). IMPORTANT, PLEASE NOTE:- For safety reasons, the use of the BUNK BEDS by minors must be strictly supervised by Parents/Guardians. PETS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT (size, breed, number etc.) and must be on leads whilst outside the cabin's front gate, and not allowed onto beds or furniture at any time. GUESTS are asked to be respectful of neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. We enjoyed our stay here for the weekend. My kids loved the bunk bed. Thanks for the crumpets, butter and milk. Right next door to Lincolnshire Wolds Steam Railway!

Very quiet location, surrounded by fields, on the Ludborough railway station with steam trains and events, nearest pub is a 30 minute walk along the country road. Nice drive to the coast, 25/35/50 minutes to Cleethorpes/mablethorpe/skegvegas. 15 minutes from Lough, which is a lovely town....More
