Welcome to Ronda 3 !
A really comfortable light roomy apartment on the ninth floor of Ronda 3.
Only a couple of minutes walk from the bright lights of the' Village'
but quiet enough to fall asleep to the sounds of the sea.

It has a very good sized balcony/terrace overlooking the wonderful beaches and the seven kilometer Paseo, with sweeping vistas over
the Mediterranean, Fuengirola Bay, the Marina to the west........and beyond.

Below the cooling lawns and flowering shrubs of our large gardens, swimming and paddling pools.
There is a small cafe/ tapas bar and Paddle Tennis courts behind.
During the day, a receptionist is on duty, there is secure parking,
to one side and a night guard.

The location is ideal with the beach just across the road, plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets all within walking distance. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living room and the bonus for me was the washing machine. Gael ( the owner ) even...More

There are two bedrooms, both containing two large single beds, which can be together to form a really big double bed or apart.
One opening onto the sea-side balcony the other to the mountain vista, both with lots of wardrobe space.

The pretty mosaic tiled bathroom contains a washing machine
and lots of colourful towels, but also washing liquid, conditioner,
soap and lavatory paper.
Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also at hand.

The Kitchen has the usual complement of fridge-freezer, microwave,
hob and oven, electric kettle, pots, pans, dishes and glassware,
iron and ironing board, etc.
A small welcome pack, including a bottle of Cava will get you started.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we shall send you a contract, giving all our details. You sign it and post it back. Deposit and rentals can be made by Bank to Bank transfer or by cheque, both to a UK. account, or by bank transfer to a Euro account in Spain.
We like you to phone us, just as you are leaving the Airport, so we can be sure to greet you with the keys.

About the neighbourhood
The town is all flat, but backed by mountains, which means it's warmer
in winter, but not horribly hot, in summer, so it's good for walking, jogging, wondering along, at your ease.
Restaurants, markets, historical sights, skiing !
Africa just across the straits, shopping, dancing, clubs, Flamenco,
flamingos and oh ! You'd have to be half dead, not to like it here.
Safari parks, dolphins, donkeys, deep sea diving, all sorts going on,
far too many to list.

Golf information : There are 50 odd golf courses, some champion
standard, for 10 minutes to an hour's drive away.

If you have a wish list, email me, and I'll try to help.
So do get carried away : come to Spain .
Getting around
As mentioned, Fuengirola and Los Boliches are perfect for
'just taking your ease', and strolling the Paseo, and the little streets.

If you would like to see more of the surroundings, hiring a car is very economical, especially at the Airport, but you will need the driver
to have a credit card.
Granada, Ronda, Marbella ... all within reach :
the roads are good, and the countryside spectacular.
Just head out, and adventure !

The local train into Malaga runs every 20 minutes, and the 'big city'
is certainly worth a day trip.

Airport: Malaga - 20 mins drive: 17.0 km
Railway: Los Boliches: 0.2 km
Ferry: Malaga - 25 mins drive: 20.0 km
We can arrange for you to be picked up at the Airport, for 30.00.euros,
each way, for up to four people, or 45.00.euros for five or six.
As the taxis are only allowed to carry four, that can represent a huge saving for larger groups ... and it is nice to be met !

Or you can catch the local train, directly from Malaga Airport
to Los Boliches, from whence it is an at most ten-minute walk
to the apartment.

If you are driving, there is a secure parking area behind the building.
But please note, it is a communal parking area, not assigned.
