LIVING ROOM: The stylish living room features a plush chaise lounge couch (photos coming soon). There is also an air mattress to accommodate one additional guest. This condo stands out from the rest because it features soaring vaulted ceilings, a comfy recliner parked conveniently in front of a 42' flat screen HD TV. Wonderful artistic 'surprises' are everywhere.
ENTERTAINMENT: Enjoy the 42 inch, High Definition LED TV. The TV is attached to a blu-ray player that can stream Hulu, Netflix, and YouTube options. You can also play DVDs, CDs and blu-ray DVDs. If you like, you can attach your laptop to the TV and use the TV as a large monitor. There is HIGH SPEED CABLE INTERNET with WI-FI access throughout.
LAUNDRY: There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.
GARAGE: Downstairs is a cozy, one car garage. The garage is attached so once you are parked inside you are in. Stairs from the garage lead up to the main level where the living room, kitchen and bedroom are located.
MASTER BEDROOM LOFT: The stairs you see in the photographs lead up to the master bedroom loft. The master bedroom offers a firm, king plush top mattress, draped in designer bedding. The loft features a walk-in shower bathroom and it's own heating and cooling system.
SECOND BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a soft, queen size mattress with a removable topper for extra softness. Find an assortment of pillows including temperpedic foam or feather to get the perfect nights sleep. Arcadia doors open to a sunny balcony.
BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms feature newly installed cabinets and granite counters! (June 2015) Each bathroom is full sized and stocked with towels. Pamper yourself with the detachable spray massage shower heads or soak in a romantic Roman style bubble bath fit for two. An adjustable shower chair is available.
ARTWORK: Many of the original paintings were created by me, while other paintings are done by other artists from my private art collection.
PARKVIEW VILLAS COMPLEX: The complex is charming and well maintained with lush desert landscaping. Enjoy full access to a large heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi spa. There are three deluxe grills near the pool area for your BBQ feast.
PARKING: Park in your own private garage. You can also park in one of the many uncovered parking lots.
MAPS and GUIDES: Inside the condo there is a binder with maps of the surrounding areas, things to do and places to shop for groceries, banks, dining and so on. There are also maps for the free trolly service.

My wife and I stayed at the condo for February and March. We enjoyed having the complex right on the greenbelt for easy access to walking and cycling. Also just a short drive to Old Town and Tempe Marketplace without the heavy traffic that occurs further north. We appreciated being able to fit a full size Volvo XC-90 SUV and two bicycles in the garage. The condo has tasteful furnishings and was well supplied with everything we needed. The owner Candice was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions and requests. Caveat if you have mobility issues, this is a second floor unit with a loft so there are stairs to the front door, the master bedroom loft, and down to the garage. This is a center unit in the building so only has windows/doors to the front and back, making daylight feel a bit limited if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen and dining area during the day, but overall a great condo for the price.

Great location, uncomfortable seating arrangement
The king bed was very comfortable-location was good. The condo sleeps "7" but have to say we had one futon which served as a couch and one " massage chair" that served as a sitting chair. At best you can seat three people to watch tv or a movie and that was a stretch- very uncomfortable if you want to relax after a long day. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need and we cooked very little for a two month stay. There is no porch area to relax or spend an evening outside as there is a tiny table with two seats that is shared with upstairs neighbor. Outside the door is access to green belt which is great for walking, biking and people watching. We enjoyed our stay, however, two months at this property was just not comfortable for our needs. We could enjoy a busy week but that would be about all we would enjoy at this property. The garage is small and you can hear adjoining neighbors garage doors up and down from the property.

Thank you for pointing out the living room furniture issue. I do have plans in the works for more comfortable seating.
As for the other comments, I see that you submitted your review a full year after your stay which is a bit puzzling.
Your description is right on except that the outdoor porch area is indeed private and not shared with any neighbors. Unfortunately I cannot do anything about the size of the porch area.
The pictures and descriptions as seen on Tripadvisor are accurate so I am a little confused as to why you would choose my property if knowing before hand it would not serve your needs. Before you booked I was forthcoming about the size of the garage and the garage door noises. It is true, when the neighbors operate their garage doors, it can be heard by a light sleeper in the downstairs guest bedroom but not anywhere else in the condo.
According to your reservation details, there were two adults in your party however your recent feedback indicates that there were more people staying, which I find troubling. If there were two of you then there would be ample seating in the living room to fit your needs. The condo does accommodate up to 7 people for sleeping but the pictures show a kitchen table seating 4 and a living room area seating 4. Future guests, please keep that in mind when choosing a condo.
If you are reading this review, you probably have read through the descriptions on Flipkey and are careful to choose the property that will fit your needs. While I don't have the power to increase the size of the porch, if I can possibly do anything to make your stay enjoyable then I am happy and eager to serve you.

Clean and quiet unit with a nice pool.
Overall, this unit was adequate for a 1 week stay. The parking garage was too small for our truck and parking throughout the apartment complex was very limited. The unit was clean and quiet and the pool and jacuzzi were nice. There was a limited number of towels/washcloths and no pool towels provided (so bring your own).

Towels: a missed opportunity to make good: The industry standard is to supply two sets of towels per guest, but if you need more I have a huge supply of towels in storage. I would have been glad to provide you with as many towels as you like. Future guests, please don’t hesitate to ask. I only live 10 minuets away and can come running with 'bagfulls'.
Pool Towels: Thank you for this suggestion. You were my first guests to stay during warm weather and you are absolutely right. I will provide pool towels from now on.
Parking: I am so sorry that your truck would not fit in the garage. I have a full size Toyota Tundra with an extra long bed, however I am able to squeeze in. Each uncovered parking space in the complex is 8.5 feet wide, not including the white lines. The opening of the garage door is also 8.5 feet wide. Future guests, please consider this measurement when bringing a larger vehicle.

Close to Old Town Scottsdale
Candice was very accomodating wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated very stylish. Comfortable beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Nice linens. All standard applicances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Having a single car garage at ground level was also very nice. The local trolly also stops in front of the condo complex. Grocery, post office, and drug stores within walking distance. This condo is close to Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium with quick access to the freeway. We liked being minutes away from many attractions including restaurants, museums, parks and shopping.

Stairs , to many for luggage to narrow a hall , just older build
The person next store must have worked nights because the garage door opened every morning between 530 and 6 am also very noisey on the weekends . one big bed was up yet another flight of stairs and was very comfortable. could never figure out how to change the time on the 2 clocks
very clean and neat . living room furiture was no real comfortable . very good location . have not herd a word about refunding my 200.00 deposit . small garage with obstacles Wheel Chair ? Ladders ?

Indeed you are correct this condo has three stories in its layout. The garage is on the first floor, the main living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is on the second floor. The master loft is upstairs. We try to be as accurate in our photos so that people know what they are signing up for before they decide to stay. I apologize you were unable to set the clocks. Had I been notified, or my call to you returned I would have been happy to come over and take care of it for you. In addition, the living room furniture is adjustable. I would like future guests to know that the couch has several moving parts (the sides and back) and can completely lay flat to sleep two extra people. The recliner in the photographs is a massage chair that has many features I would be happy to show future guests. I have fallen asleep in that chair on several occasions.
I would love to address your commentary regarding deposits!! I would like to draw your attention to the lease agreement you signed which explains that your deposit will be sent back to you within 10 business days. Your deposit was mailed 3 days after your departure so you should be getting it very soon. If you don’t please contact me.
I apologize you felt that the garage was too small. I assure you that this is a full, one car garage that can accommodate an SUV. The wheelchair was brought in to accommodate a recent guest however will be removed promptly.
I am so grateful that you pointed out that the bed upstairs was comfortable and the place was clean. I hire a service to do the cleaning, but when they leave I go over everything again myself. I take great pride in creating a clean, stylish and comfortable accommodations for my guests.

Charming and comfortable stay
This condo was very charming and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The location could not be more perfect---convenient to tourist attractions, nature, and shopping. The unit was nicely decorated and I found it to be even more lovely than the photos. The bedrooms were great right down to the linens. What was most enjoyable was the massage chair in the living room. The unit was immaculate and the location made me fee safe and relaxed. It was well cared for and had everything we needed---supplied with cooking and bathroom items. The full kitchen allowed us to make many of our own meals during the trip (saving us quite a bit of money). The owner is extremely helpful, personable and quick to fix any maintenance issue that might come up. For example, during our stay the blender, seemingly brand-new, inexplicably stopped working but she was very responsive and took care of it quickly. That meant a lot to me. We had on site instruction on how to work things and easy access for assistance should it be needed. The wireless Internet is also a great amenity. This unit would work great for 2 couples or a family of 4 vacationing together, all very comfortable with their own private bedroom and bathroom. We look forward to staying again!

The condominium complex:
The unit sits inside a charming complex with multi leveled Spanish tile roofs. You will see neighbors strolling along walking their dogs on their way to the popular, greenbelt park.
Greenbelt Park:
The park is well maintained and offers a wide bike path for joggers, cyclists and walkers. There are multiple golf courses along the park which stretches for miles within the city of Scottsdale.
Neighborhood amenities:
Around the corner is a major grocery (Fry's) and hardware store (Lowes). There are also nearby banks, dry cleaners, post offices- just about everything you could need for daily life is within a half a mile.
Old Town Scottsdale:
A few miles north is Old Town Scottsdale which offers shopping, sight seeing, restaurants, bars and galleries, and the popular Scottsdale Fashion Square which as a Neiman Marcus, Nordstroms, Barneys New York and Macy's to name a few.
On the eastern side of Scottsdale Road you can enjoy our contemporary art museum, performing arts center, a large and well kept city library and grassy parks where festivals take place year round.
Tempe Marketplace:
A few miles south of of the Condo is the newly built Tempe Marketplace which has a movie theater, many popular national chain stores and an outdoor mall.
ASU and Mill Ave:
Also to the South is Tempe Town Lake, Tempe Art Museum and Arizona State University. The well established Mill Avenue District offers many attractions including restaurants, bars and unique shopping.
Papago Park:
To the West is the amazing Papago Park, where red buttes and miles of trails will make you feel like you have transported to Mars. Attached to this park is the Zoo, the Botanical Gardens and Historical Museums.
Ironman:
The condo is a perfect location for the Ironman event

A car is recommended for getting around, however there is a free city shuttle that will take you to the heart of downtown Scottsdale.
