With the space room, great views, only 6 blocks away from Convention Center, great pool and hot tub area, out door grills, and a large entertainment area... it was perfect for younger adults or even families.

Stayed in apartment as part of checking our freshman into the downtown ASU campus. Nice amenities and very convenient to get to the dorm and campus buildings.

Perfect downtown location

Property manager cancelled on us two weeks before our stay.
We were given a bogus reason for canceling our stay with left us scrambling for something else. Certainly will not use this property manager again.
