We enjoyed our stay here . Place was very nice and just what we were expecting close to everything quiet and clean. Would definitely stay again. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks for a awesome stay!

We enjoyed a girls weekend here. Everything was wonderful with the unit. The pool was not heated so very cold in October. The pool area was beautiful, if you are looking for sun plan to be there midday as it is surrounded by the buildings.
The extras in the unit were so helpful! Coffee, cleaning packets and full size shower supplies were so helpful. In addition, LOVED the robes for all. A very nice getaway!

The place was nice to have 2 bedrooms and laundry when traveling with kids. My main complaint is that one of the bedrooms is plagued with extreme noise from the furnace in the attic above the ceiling that runs for a few hours in the evening to heat all the nearby units. It was SO loud it was like a helicopter was above the roof or a washing machine was the nightstand. Other than that which isn't technically an issue of the rental itself but if the apartment complex/location of the unit, it was overall comfortable. There is not much of q view from the balcony. Also the door lock wouldn't unlock with the code we put in and after trying a dozen times we had to call property management to electronically unlock it.

Two king beds, but small living space. Not a lot of furniture for clothing . Showers need to be seriously cleaned and re caulked, maybe re tiled. There is absolutely nowhere for guests to park. They have to park a block away on the street and I’m not sure about this neighborhood.

Property is in a good location with a student at GCU going back and forth. Parking is secure. The furniture is not comfortable. You can only sit 2-3 in living room and couch is uncomfortable. Unfortunately the pool
Was out of service during the visit l, not anyones fault but unfortunate for us. This was just an okay rental by my standards, nothing special. I won’t rent again, it seems like a rental a younger person would enjoy vs late 40’s.

The apartment is so close to downtown and many attractions. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay. The apartment has two master suites, so it it was a perfect place to stay with my best friend, where we both had our own space. The pool area needs to have some cleaning of the pool furniture/pillows, but everything was generally nice. The beds were comfy! The parking felt safe and was easy to get access to the apartment according to the instructions. :) Thank you!

Prime location with upscale amenities
Property was clean and very secure. Comfortable beds and living room couch. Views of Mountains from deck very nice. Pool area resort like. Nothing to complain about here! Positive from start to finish!
