The vernacular architecture of this Fale is a real treat with its modern touches!
Ema's Fale offers amazing views of the ocean and mountains! Located on the hill, you can enjoy the cool breeze throughout the fale whilst still enjoying your privacy. Natural light pours in throughout the day and there are also 2 balconies for your use. This amazing home owner design and build showcases beautiful natural Samoan wood throughout with beautiful landscaped garden.
Ema's fale is next to the owners home so whilst the gardens and main balcony are common area's you will have mostly exclusive use of these. There is also a bbq you are welcome to use located by the main balcony.
Ema's Fale is the perfect retreat for those looking for a private getaway whilst still being close to amenities.

About the neighbourhood
Malololelei is located on the hill near the centre of Upolu hence the amazing view of the mountains as well as the Ocean. There is a cafe within walking distance as well as the Baha'i Temple with it's beautiful manicured gardens. Lake Lanoto'o is a few minutes drive where you can hike to the lake and have a refreshing swim or head SW for 25min where you will reach the village of Tafatafa well known for their beaches. There is a supermarket within a 5min drive away and the main township Apia is just over 10min away
If you do not have a rental car, taxi's are reasonably priced or there are buses, however, that run infrequently. If required we can offer a bali style 'driver' tour. There aren't many footpaths outside of the main township so if you decide to walk, take caution and only during the day.
