The villa is a perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in an authentic Portuguese village. The house is large enough to accommodate three families vacationing together and provides ample space for various activities. Read a book on the roof terrace while the kids play in the pool, stroll down to the local village square for a coffee and a fresh pastry, or spend the day on one of the beach islands in the region. The villa has a large garden with oranges, olives and figs for you to pick. This charming, spacious and private house is located in rural surroundings, just ten minutes from the center of Moncarapacho, a village with several restaurants and bars. You can sunbathe next to the swimming pool (4 x 9 m). There is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, stove, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The property has recently been renovated. We rent the main house of the property, which can accommodate 8 people. There is also an annex which can accommodate 8 more people. All bedrooms have access to air conditioning. In the main house there is a bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. In addition, the annex has a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also an outdoor shower which is nice to use in warm weather, as well as an additional bathroom with only a toilet. The main house includes a large living room with fireplace, a small library and a dining room. Free Wi-Fi and TV in the living room. We rent the house for stays of four days or more. Cristina, our hostess, welcomes you on your arrival to orient you and give you the keys. She collects when you leave. Cristina prepares everything before your arrival. She lives near the villa, and she is available by phone if you have any problems or questions. Our property caretaker takes care of the pool and trash. The registration number is 64870/AL.
