This modern 2 bed roomed apartment is situated on the 12th floor of an exclusive & sought after luxury apartment block on Long Street. It has stunning mountain views of Table Mountain and Lions Heads from the balcony. Each bedroom is fitted with a luxury King Size double bed. There is a separate bath and shower in the bathroom. There is a separate toilet. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and caters for 4 people. Free wifi access is available for the use of our guests. The apartment is self catering and sleeps a maximum of 4 people comfortably. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment during their stay. There is free parking for one vehicle available in the building. There are two elevators in the building so no need to climb stairs. Access to the apartment floors are controlled by security tag system. My wife and/or I will meet and welcome you at the apartment when you arrive to hand over keys and show you around the apartment. When you leave we will make arrangements for you to drop off the key at security on the ground floor entrance to the building. Long Street has many exciting pubs, nightclubs and restaurants serving a wide range of international cuisine to suit all tastes. I will gladly provide you with a list of great restaurants to visit near the apartment and in greater Cape Town. The famous Greenmarket Square (selling African curios and art) and the serene Company Gardens (housing the SA Museum & Planetarium) are around the corner from the apartment. Please see the photos for a visual feel of the area. The apartment is ideally located with easy access to all the major tourist attractions including Table Mountain (5 mins by car), blue flag beaches like Clifton & Camps Bay (10 mins by car), the V&A waterfront (5 mins by car or 15 min walk), Company Gardens (5 mins walk) & Greenmarket Square (5 min walk). You can take the MyCiti bus outside the apartment to the V&A waterfront area or Camps Bay & Clifton Beaches. The V&A is great for shopping and houses many restaurants and pubs. The two Oceans Aquarium is located in the V&A Waterfront. You can also take a tour of the Cape Peninsula and visit Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens which is a world heritage site. You can catch the City Sightseeing Bus outside the apartment too. Bus tickets and sightseeing tours can be booked at several tour operator shops located near the apartment. Public transport via the My Citi bus is easily accessible outside the apartment. You can use the My Citi bus to visit the Cape Town Convention Centre, V&A Waterfront and the beaches along the Atlantic seaboard including Sea Point & Camps Bay. The hop on - hop off Red Sightseeing Bus is literally outside the apartment. Use this bus to explore the major tourist attractions in Cape Town including Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Gardens, Hout Bay and Cape Point. Taxis are easily accessible outside the apartment. More

The apartment was ideal for exploring the city as it is right in the centre with easy access to both local and tour buses as well as shops and restaurants. Many museums and sites are within easy walking distance. There is an allocated parking space...More

Please speak to me for further information. MYCITI BUS CARDS and CIty SIghtseeing Bus Tours You can use the MyCiti bus to travel to many local destinations. You will need a plastic charge card as you need to pay and swipe with this card when boarding the bus. You can purchase and top up payment credits at the Cape Town Tourist office located in Long Street in the same location as the hop on hop off CITY SIGHTSEEING BUS terminus located 10 m from the apartment entrance.
