Front office/ security desk in foyer on Street level. Five high speed elevators serve the 23 storey high building. It is the second highest building in Cape Town. The apartment has oblique views of Table Mountain and city views. A Juliet balcony may serve guests to smoke outside. Please no smoking inside the apartment. Block out blinds may keep the room dark for sleeping and it is well insulated from noise and thermal variances. The apt. is nicely decorated, plenty of space for 2, w/washer & dryer. It is very close to the open market area, just a couple blocks from Long Street and many restaurants, etc. It's always easy to get a taxi right outside the door. There...More

I enjoyed my stay completely. The flat is spacious, clean and elegant. Allthough it is in the city center, it is very quiet. Most of the interesting spots of the city are in walking distance.

Table Mountain is now protected by a National Park which covers three quarters of the peninsula from Table Mountain itself to Cape Point. The best time to visit the mountain is early in the morning or later in the evening as once it’s covered in cloud (known as the tablecloth), visibility can be quite poor. If you’re feeling fit, there are more than 300 different routes up and down the mountain however take care with the weather conditions as hiking can be dangerous when the weather closes in as the mountain is over 1000 metres high.
