Walking distance to Cavendish Shopping Centre, The Vineyard Hotel, Newlands Rugby ground Cricket Grounds. Five minutes to Kirstenbosch Gardens, 15 minutes from Airport and 15/20 minutes to the VNA Waterfront. You will love my place because of the location, the neighbourhood, the outdoor space for braai/barbecues, the ambiance and security. My place is suitable for couples, business travelers and families.
