Why vacation in a hotel or large home when you can rent 3 homes in a gated community and each group of family or friends can stay in their a home on a walled 20 acre converted fruit plantation. These Luxury Eco Tourism vacation homes are located on the outskirts of Jaco city. The estate contains 3 homes; two 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2200 sq. ft. and one 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1420 sq. ft.. Whether your staying with a group of friends, coworkers, or with your bothers, sisters, kids, grandma, and grandpa each of you can have your own home and not get into each others hair. It is perfect for everyone.

Pura Vida in Paradise
This was our first time in Costa Rica and we really enjoyed our staying at this beautiful property, very clean and spacious. There was no surprises, our kids loved the staying. Sidney and her husband were very kind and helpful, they gave us a lot of tips and guidance of places where to visit, I will recommend this property to any body.

Private, Great pool, good value for price.
We were a group of 9 and had 3 of the 7 separate vacation rentals. It is located on very private grounds but once out the gate you were very centrally located to go for grocery's ,beach or excursions. The Congo restaurant down the street was fantastic and the buffet across the street was good.
The other homes were not occupied so we had the place to ourselves.It worked out perfect for my husband , myself and our 2 boys who had the large 2 bedroom closest to the pool. (A little hike to get to but worth it)
The weather was 34 every day , no rain and we spend hours every day at the pool. It has a beautiful clubhouse but it was only open when John was there.
The homes were well kept and clean towels and bedding provided.
Unfortunately some of us missed the original flight because of a snow storm so we missed the chef scheduled dinner the first night but heard it was delicious.
There was a few kitchen basics that would have been nice to have available but John did his best to accommodate when he could.
The grounds are a little more rustic then some places we have been but I kind of liked the more natural beauty. The homes are well kept.
I had great communication with Siney before we arrived and she was available for all my questions but did not meet her on our stay.

Would not recommend
We rented a for a week. Through VRBO. Although the location was good, the host charged double because it was the holidays. Without getting into details, the kitchen was not useable to prepare meals in, the bedclothes were old and the wrong size for the bed, there was only one bath towel when we arrived and when we request additional towels/washcloths, we were given old rags with holes in them. Dirty remotes and handles on microwave and fridge. We were provided with a used roll of TP and no extra. Three days there was very loud chainsaw tree work going on right outside our room.
Out of anger and revenge (I guess!) the host left an untrue and inaccurate review about me as a guest on VRBO because she was unhappy with my truthful review. Very unreasonable and dishonest. Would not recommend.

About the neighbourhood
Beautiful peaceful area just outside the city limits of Jaco. Secluded beaches nearby.
It is a Safe area, there are restaurants and local "sodas" all over the area. supermarkets, 2 gas stations, several beaches 10 to 15 minutes from the property and lots of activities such as horseback riding, canopy tour, atv, tortuga Island, Poas Volcano, waterfalls and more.
Getting around
If you are adventuresome and want to explore Costa Rica a car is recommend. Public transportation picks up and drops off directly across the street. Public Transportation is safe, reliable, and economical. It does take a bit longer to get to places with the stops. Private transportation is also available. I can arrange for any transportation needs you may have. All of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the property as well.

Located on the Central Pacific, right on the main 34 road, just 10 minutes from Carara National Park, 15 minutes from Tarcoles beach, 10 minutes from Caldera beach, 20-25 minutes from Jaco, close to all the main tourist attractions such as sport fishing, Canopy, Water Rafting, Golf, Horse back riding and much more.
