One hour from the airport. -Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and dining table for 6 people. -3 ample suites, the master with a queen size bed and the second with 2 simple beds and third with 1 doble bed and 2 single beds. Unbelievable place!!
Phil and Anik make us very welcome…great place close to the beach and all the hot spots. It was a perfect stay for the whole family. It felt also very safe.
The Condo is brand new, the pool is amazing, our four daughters really enjoyed!
There is also alot of things to do in Jaco Area.
We will definatly come back very soon, Anik and Phil are superb Hosts!

Absolutely great!
What an amazing experience, everything was just great. It started off with great hosts, awesome location, perfect place offering a great view. Looking forward to my next stay there, already planning it. I definitely recommand it to those who want to live it up at a reasonable price!

Spectacular!
Our stay at Anik and Phil's condo was more than we expected! The views from our room were remarkable, to say the least! The condo was equipped with everything we needed and much more. Very modern and spacious! When you entered the pool area, you walked into paradise. The downtown area is within walking distance so the many restaurants are an added bonus. Would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing to see Jaco. We will return to and definitely stay at Anik and Phil's condo again! Thank you.

Excellent location and beautiful place!!
My family and I had a fantastic time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. Everything was so clean and we love the view. Very cozy place and beautiful. Our family will definitely come back!

Perfect stay
Great condo, spacious and very clean. Great ocean view. The host were perfect and answered all of our questions very quickly.

About the neighbourhood
Our condo is walking distance from the beach, downtown jaco, restaurants, clubs, shopping etc. Jaco is a surf town, great surf all year round. You can also make tours, ATV's, Zipline, deepsea fishing, monkey tour, crocodile tours etc.
Getting around
If you don't rent a car, taxi to downtown Jaco from our place is 3$ both way trip.
How to get there
1:15 hour from the San Jose Juan Santamaria airport. The taxi from the airport is around 120$. The addres is:
