Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc. The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided: � One roll of toilet paper for each restroom � Bar of soap per bathroom � One travel sized shampoo per bathroom � One travel sized conditioner per bathroom � Make-up removers per bathroom � Single sized dish liquid � Single sized dish washing detergent pack � Singe use laundry washing detergent � Two large trash bags � Small trash bag for each bathroom � Roll of Paper towels ❌ We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay. We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival. � PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit. � According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities." � "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA." � Trash can be taken downstairs to the dumpster in the property. � NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony. � Two (2) parking passes are included in the cleaning fee and will be in the unit upon arrival - please place it in your vehicle immediately. � Parking pass must be visible in vehicle for security to see � Parking is on a first come first serve basis. � You may park in any open available space. � If you have two vehicles, please park one in front of the other underneath the building. How to get there

From I-10 take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express and travel 12.7 miles to turn left onto Foley Beach Express. In 9.5 miles turn right onto Coastal Gateway Blvd. In 1.7 miles turn left onto Al-59/ Gulf Shores Pkwy. In 5 miles turn right onto Windmill Ridge Rd and continue onto W 6th St. In less than 1 mile turn right onto W Beach Blvd and Sandpiper will be on the left in 0.7 miles. Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Max 2 vehicles allowed. Parking pass price is $12 per vehicle per stay. Prices subject to change
