Villa located in Burn Brae Plantation. We are conveniently located just five minutes from town in the first foothills. Resting just a short walk from the beach and wildlife. We offer a great refuge from the high pace of town with our 50 acres of well diversified property. Frequent sites are parrots and many other types of birds, large trees, wildlife of all types, and the occasional monkey.

The condo is approximately 2000 square feet with large patio. The master bedroom with one king sized bed* and a full attached bath with shower and double sink. Large walk in closet with safe.

Excellent Place to stay in Bocas!
Our family stayed here for a week and the condo has all the amenities and more!! The location is a little out of town but an easy taxi ride or golf cart ride to get to. We enjoyed being out of town and especially enjoyed the wildlife that is on the beautiful property here. In one day, we saw toucans, white faced monkeys, and dolphins. My husband had a conversation with some howlers but we didn't see them. Dave and Marion , the property managers, live on the property and were so nice to let us swim in the lagoon/bay that is connected to their property. They offered lots of great recommendations and were so sweet to our 3 year old daughter. The condo itself has a huge modern kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are air conditioned with very comfortable beds and the bathrooms are very modern and spacious as well. We enjoyed bird watching and cooking breakfast in the mornings. There is a supermarket right down the road for all of your needs. Thankfully there are golf carts that you can rent by day from Bill (the owner). You have a choice of an electric or gas. We chose gas since we wanted to explore some beaches on sandy roads. The golf carts were a great amenity seeing that their was a shortage of them in town from where you would usually rent. I'm sure I am leaving some things out but I cannot say enough about this condo. We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Dave, Marion, and Bill!

Beware of this place
He lied to us that the beach is 1500 ft from house. No pool and the water slide is back yard where everyone can use for $120 for 90 min.There goes your privacy.He was very rude to us.

This person never contacted us, we fell this is a local competitor or a confused renter. We are over the top with service and very friendly all the time. As you can see all the 5 star reviews. Are are 1500 from Sand Dollar Beach and our slide it for rent but never when we have renters. Completely private when rented. Pool is available for free but slide pump requires an operator and preparation to run so we charge extra for this. Ask for free slide time (with longer rents) when negotiating your stay.

Can't wait to go back!
This was actually my second time staying here. I loved it SO much I brought my 59 year old mother with me this last time. ;) The house is always clean with beautiful state of the art appliances. I always feel safe on property and haven't once worried about theft. The owner and his wife are super kind and friendly and make you feel right at home. If you like listening to the monkeys and being close to one of the BESt surf breaks in town: Stay here.

Wonderful!
We stayed in the Villa at Burn Brae for three nights in August. There were six adults. The home is absolutely beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms nicely appointed, and the kitchen state of the art. Bill and his wife happened to be on-site during our stay and were very helpful with a number of things. Bill even brought us coconuts one day so that we could enjoy fresh coconut water. It is important to take note that this property is a bit out of town, so taxis are necessary. Unfortunately, not all the taxi drivers know where it is, so you may have to show them where to go. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Bill and Caitlin--cant wait to come back and see the progress on the rest of the property.

The island, its people, the animals, and this rental made my trip amazing.
I really wanted to experience the island and its inhabitants in as natural of a setting as possible, and this place made it possible. It is up on a hill just outside of town and looks like it is a part of the surrounding jungle. From our balcony we could view the whole town as well as the ocean! Our room was extremely clean and had everything you would need, the bed was so comfy.The property's owners were a big part of our great experience. They showed us around the property and helped us plan all of our daily activities. The property itself has a few trails that take you around to a boat dock that is on a bay. On the property there are jungle ponies, sloths, howler monkeys, and an incredible amount of birds. I truly have no complaints about my stay in Bocas Del Torro at the Burn Brae Plantation.

Getting around
We have golf cart for rent. $60 a day for one or $100 for two! If not, Bocas has a lot of taxis and are easy to get in street in front of property unless it is a holiday or raining...then best to have a few taxi numbers provided by us to renters.
