Gorgeous house and amazing snorkeling right off the dock!
Wonderful! The house was beautiful and big enough to accommodate 3 families travelling together. The real highlight for us was the reef that was accessible off the dock. We barely left the property during our four day stay but we spent hours every day out on that reef. There is a both a very nice shallow reef inside the line of breakers, and a gorgeous wall/deep reef right on the other side of the breakers (it's a bit tricky finding a path through the breakers but we did it many times even with small kids without incident). Regarding the house, if you are a large group it may be helpful to map out the bedrooms and who stays where. Although it's all close together there are three separate spaces separated by breezeways, so it was a bit tricky to sort out where to put the three families based on the bedroom configuration of each space. We worked it out though and had an amazing time!

AMAZING!!!!!
What an incredible home with amazing views and surroundings. Probably the best snorkeling on the island if you swim out past the break directly off the dock. One of our scuba dives was right in front of the house so that should let you know the quality of the reef there. Large kitchen that worked very well for our group of 9 and a very clean home. Word of advice if using a taxi ask for Franky's number from Roatan Vacation Rentals as his service is the most reasonable and dependable. We made the mistake of using a different service and was charged double! Two tips-- 1. phones won't work in house to call must go outside and what's App may be best option for contacting cabs etc. 2. Small ice machine in home but just keep it running, full of water and fill a dish in the freezer every time it fills up...kept us in ice all week. Incredible vacation!!!!!

The house has ample space and the bedrooms are all privat with own bathrooms. Stairs to the beach and boat dock. Large kitchen.

Perfect for our family group
Wonderful private house for our large family group. Plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool, kayaking, walking the beach, and swimming off the pier. Great location - easy drive to the airport as well as both West End and West Bay.

Not clear with house situation
I would highly recommend you make sure the house does not have an actual beach to swim in, it is water full of algae and not a soft sand beach, kind of dirty and rocky. It has several appliances that do not work, tv on guest house and some kitchen appliances. Only one of the kayaks work and the pool is small and not well taken care of. The master bedroom bathroom shower is actually open asail which is nice since like its like you are bathing in nature until, you find out mosquitoes and animals get in the place you take a shower, hence not mentioning a gang of bats have made this place their home, they hang in the main bedroom shower and the common living areas outside of the house, so they are hanging from the roof during the day and flying all around the house on night. It does fit a great amount of people, our group was of 12 and fitted perfectly and the kitchen and living room area is nice. But saying all this I would not return to this property. I think they should be clear and mention all this problems.

Perfection
5 star location, amenities and service. The Honeymooners, 9 of our wedding party, stayed for a week. We all agreed, could not have had a better place to celebrate. A special house on the water, swim up bar, beautiful beach, great deli a minute away. Rave about the house plan, like a mini resort with separate living quarters connected to the main house. The service provided by Roatan Vacation Rentals was over the top. Easy check in with private tour and easier check out. This company was on top of their game. Thank you so much, Cathy, Jimmie and the staff. Private dinner prepared at the house by chef Jennie Mann, was immaculate.
