Historic beauty of the historic center, the peculiarities of the rare Mediterranean vegetation, the healthy Mediterranean climate, numerous monuments of nature, about twenty islands, bays, inlets, all from Rovinj one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic. Near the center of the city (1000 m), in the Centener quarter (with a supermarket service, greengrocer, fishmonger, pharmacy, bars etc), very close to the sea (400m), within the last piece of a four-family (alongside the possibility parking house), with small garden equipped with barbecue fireplace. Are 3 apartments with whom we hope to meet the needs of each guest:
Apartment Ivo for 2 people ground floor - double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, small terrace with a separate entrance.
Apartment Nathan for 2 person on the second floor with huge terrace furnished with patio chairs / table / tent, consisting of open space room with double bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and window boxes and the main entrance in common with the other apartment.
Apartment Enzo for 2+4 person (ideal for large families) at the same second floor with huge terrace furnished with chairs / table / tent, a double bedroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower not window, and reached on a spiral staircase lowered attic (1.20 m) with another double bed, apartment ideal for families with children or young companies that want to save on accommodation and be comfortable as the location.
Apartments equipped with air condition / heating, satellite TV, Wi fi, oven, moka coffee, microwave, kitchen utensils, hair dryer. linen, iron etc.
The apartments are categorized with 3 stars and are very well served, very quiet but at the same time convenient to both the district center that the beaches.
Staying in our apartment will be the possibility to hire a boat with skipper to tour the islands and also the 10% discount in our centers Beauty and Fish pedicure.
Check in from 12:00 and check out till 10:00 a.m. The small pets are welcome by arrangement and payment. Instead, and allowed to smoke only in the area outdoor areas (terrace).
