Second floor: house with 6 rooms - living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom, balcony and laundry area. Residence located near Paraty Historic Center. About 5 minutes on foot. Where the events happen in our city. Property built in 2009, with new furniture and utensils. It's very cozy and comfortable, located in a great neighborhood. Close to banks, pharmacies, shop, restaurants bakeries etc<br>
