This magnificent, ranch style home, is situated on 6 plush green acres, with views of beautiful Lake Champlain and the Green Mountains. The well-groomed landscaped backyard, leads directly to the lake and private beach. There's plenty to do in this backyard-lake... swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, motor boating, paddle boarding, wind surfing, water and jet skiing, to name a few! The home itself, is perfectly laid out and is immaculate. The open concept floor plan offers views of the lake and mountains, from the kitchen, dinning room and living room! There is a also a separate conversation seating area, with two stylish, comfortable chairs for reading or surfing the web. The home is 'L' shaped, so the bedrooms are located off of the main living space, for privacy. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom and the master suite has a private bathroom with a shower. There is an quaint sun porch located off of the kitchen, with awesome views! You'll want to spend hours gazing at the sparkling lake and blue-sky or take a little snooze as you bask in the warm rays of the sun! The sun porch leads to the open-air porch, equipped with comfortable Adirondack chairs. This will most likely be everyone's favorite spot for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments to enjoy the cool breezes coming off the lake. The home and the land it is situtated on is both beautiful and relaxing... it's a little piece of heaven on Lake Champlain, Vermont! The private driveway offers convenient parking a few steps from the entrance of the home. Kayaks and canoe rentals with drop off and pick up are available from an outside local source. There is plenty do in the area. Golf, water activities, hiking, bike routes, site seeing, the famous Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream factory, The Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, and 5 area state parks. Grocery stores and restauraunts are close by, too. The home is located only 45 minutes to Burlington, less than an hour to Montreal, Canada and about an hour away to Mt. Mansfield.
