For our short stay to visit family in Austin, we found the perfect spot. It was so welcoming and perfectly set up with all of the essentials. Location right by Ladybird paths and very close to all of the best restaurants east of Austin--but truly close to everything! Love it and hope to return again. Comfortable, super clean, stylish and up high with the trees! Love the little deck and quiet evenings!

We had a great stay. The location was perfect for ...
We had a great stay. The location was perfect for us with quick access to the bike trail and walking and riding distance to restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Many music venues. Sarah was easy to communicate with and kind enough to let us use a bike which came in super handy . We even got to see her sing at The Elephant Room - worth checking out!

Everything about this adorable loft is well though...
Everything about this adorable loft is well thought out. From the private access and parking space, down to the smallest details in the kitchenette, Sarah goes to great lengths to ensure you have everything needed for a relaxing stay. It’s like staying in a modern day treehouse with all the updated amenities. Beautiful decor, bathroom, and sitting area. With convenient access to the river, walking trails, restaurants, and bars, this guest house is a gem and Sarah is a delight. I most definitely look forward to returning!

We had an incredible stay at Holly Lake Trails in ATX. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekday getaway. We drove down from Midland Tx to see Olivia Rodrigo at the Moody Center. The location was great, and the host was wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!
