Location has lots of trees, but is just a minute drive going to the mall and food places.
Water pressure is strong and area is a flood free zone.

House is a split-level Bungalow, it has a main house contains the living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms. There's an additional 2 bedrooms below, that can be accessed by going out the house and going down the stairs.
The two bedrooms below has a low headroom entrance of 5ft. Both lower rooms have their own bathroom and pull-out bed.
The backyard has a lounge area, kitchen and pool.
The front of the house is a garden and the side is a shared parking area.
