Great Location, Best Place in Osaka for Family Vacation! Excellent Host and Staff!
Very convenient location. Only 2-3 minutes walk from the nearest train station so travelling around Osaka, Nara and Kyoto is very accessible. Apartment is big enough for family, completely equipped with kitchen utensil and condiments so we were able to cook our own meal during our stay. Aside from the toilet and bath inside the apartment there is another extra toilet and bathroom also outside, very useful for a big group of families and friends. The host and it's staff is very helpful, they will response immediately to our messages. They also have toll free number where you can contact them 24/7. Definitely will stay at this apartment again in our next trip to Osaka. Keep up the good work.

The worst experience in vacation rental
First, we booked and be confirmed with this family room 3 days before we left US. But we were informed that the room was already booked by another group and we would be "upgraded" in an 8-bedroom apartment in another district. We were surprised that we had to deal with the manager before we got on the flight. At last, we were arranged to the second floor of the same building but in 3 apartments,2A, 2B, 2C. We have no time to deal with the manager again and so we accepted. Then we tried to contact the "caretaker" about key arrangement through email but no answer. After a long-haul travel, we called him again in Osaka airport and he said the keys were on the tables. However, when we arrived the main gate of the building in the dark, the gate was locked. We had to called again and then he told the keywords then.
At last, we found there was another family apartment available in 4th floor in the same stay period but they didn't offer us. The arrangement of manager and service of caretaker made me disappointed. We didn't feel any caring. Though they said they arranged a pocket wifi for compensation, it was the complimentary item indeed.
Actually, the 3 apartments were clean and tidy, but the baths are old. The jet bathtubs do not function and the toilet plate is not fit.
Comparing to my stay in Tokyo last year, it was not satisfactory.
