My apartment is at Ritze Perdana, a reputable condo with very clean and well-maintained facilities. It is located strategically in Damansara Perdana, within the golden triangle of Petaling Jaya, totally developed with all kinds of amenities which are all close to each other and very convenient especially to a lot of expatriates who actually like staying there. The rental is RM2500 per month or RM1000 per week or RM150 per night (minimum 2 nights) for short term stay. My studio unit is very clean and furnished with TV, air-cond, water-heater, modern shower, fridge, kitchenette, induction cooker, microwave-oven, kettle, cooking utensils pots and pans, crockeries, cutleries,dining table/chairs, iron with ironing board, hair-dryer, nice queen size Divan-bed with mattres...My apartment is at Ritze Perdana, a reputable condo with very clean and well-maintained facilities. The rental includes indoor parking and use of swimming pool, gym, spa, squash court, and other condo facilites, 24 hr security, CCTV and access card control. Walking distance to all-cuisine food outlets, groceries, banks, clinics, cafes, laundry service, great shopping, luxury car showroom, Tesco, Ikea, The Curve Shopping Mall and it's also near to One Utama Shopping Mall as well. Also nearby is Citibank, mini-mart, laundry room, The Old Town White Coffee, Jaya Grocer. You will find all kinds of food around, Chinese coffee shops, famous Nyonya restaurants, Malay food, Indian Muslim food (Nasi Kandar, roti canai, chappatti etc.), Western food, Japanese food, Spanish food, Iranian food and many more international cuisine. If you're not driving, public transport going around is by bus and cab. To go to the Kelana Jaya LRT station, free shuttle bus to LRT station. From there you can travel around PJ and KL via the various destinations.
