About the neighbourhood
Southern Comfort Lodge is situated in the Suburb of Matsheumhlope, which means White Rocks. We are 9km's from the center of town.
We have our own restaurant on site, but if you feel like something different, we are happy to suggest restaurants to suit your needs.
Getting around
1. Khami ruins, really worth a visit, with intricate patterns in the stones of the buildings.
2. Matobo World Heritage Site. White Rhino can still be seen here amongst the breathtaking scenery of the balancing rocks.
3. Natural history Museum, has a great collection of the animals, birds, insects of Zimbabwe as well as the history of the different tribes.
Tours to Matobo can be arranged as well some of the other sights in and around Bulawayo.
