The fully equipped kitchen is complete with everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner. The living room has a 42 inch LED TV with both 60 cable TV channels and a Satellite system that picks up all Australian Free to Air TV programs. High speed internet Wi-Fi is also included in the tariff.
All rooms inside the villa are non-smoking areas but smoking is allowed in all outdoor areas including undercover awning and swimming pool areas.

Getting There
• Airport transfer on request at Hundred eighty thousand Rupiah (about 14 US$ for one car that fit 4 persons). Our friendly driver will take you to the Villa via the fast Tollway and if you need to stop to buy some groceries on the way to the Villa he will stop in a minimarket in Sanur close by.
• Rental car with driver is also available for shopping trips and guided tours (price on request).
This 3 bedrooms Villa can also be rented as 2 Bedrooms. In that case we will just close the third bedroom that has a private entrance and you can enjoy the entire Villa.

Villa was amazing - well decked out with large bedrooms each with their own bathroom and entrances, plus living room and kitchen. Lovely pool and very private. Loved Sanur and close to the beach and shops. Kadek our driver was extremely friendly and looked after us very well.

Slice of Heaven
Beautiful three bedroom villa in Sanur moments from a lovely beach and great restaurants. Was a pleasure to relax and unwind in this tranquil villa after a long hot day out. The pool was lovely and cool and the villa interior was very comfortable and clean. The villa supervisor, Kedek was a knowledgable and friendly guy who was happy to assist with driving and local information.
All round a very pleasant stay.

Great property, great manager
Away from the hustle and bustle, but walking distance to the beach and amenities, the villa is well positioned and presents exactly as represented. Great pool, very comfortable beds and living area with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay including plenty of English TV options, good WiFi and air-conditioning that keeps the rooms very cool if required. Nothing is too much trouble for the managers, who I have now had the pleasure of staying with twice, and special thanks to Kadek, the driver / cleaner (who lives very nearby) and is always happy to assist as required. We'll never stay anywhere else in Bali again.

We would come back here in a heartbeat!
We stayed here for nine days, with our 2 kids, and cannot recommend this location highly enough! Everything was perfect, and they really have gone the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and enjoy the stay. Kadek, our driver, cleaner extraordinaire is a very polite and considerate host and actually is one of the reasons we think so highly of this location! Our two girls really took a shine to him, and loved having a laugh with him.
It is close enough to shops and eateries, and is only a short taxi fare to Sanur Beach (night markets etc). It is a very quiet location, and after staying in the busier section last time we found this much more relaxing and peaceful, without actually giving up any conveniences.
If you want to have a peaceful get away, but be close enough to some of the more popular eating locations in Sanur, then for us, this ticked all the boxes!
5 stars, we will be back!

A haven of peace and quiet
Situated in a quiet residential area of Sanur this modern villa lived up to the expectations raised by its website. We stayed 5 nights renting just 2 bedrooms, the third, having its own entrance was closed off. Rooms were well appointed, clean and serviced daily by the friendly gardener/housekeeper Kadek. The part shaded pool was a welcome haven after the day out in the heat.
The area is not well serviced by passing taxis but Kadek was available to run us about for shopping or restaurants usually at short notice - return Bluebird Taxis usually cost us between Rp20000-30000. He also arranged for a driver/vehicle to take the 4 of us on a half day trip to Tanah Lot for the evening sunset. Our driver Nyoman was excellent and the trip was most enjoyable.
The Sanur beach area here is at the start of the boardwalk. There are many small warungs along the boardwalk for a short break whilst overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean. The beach was not crowded though there were many loungers belonging to the various beachfront hotels. This beach is much quieter than the one we experienced at Double Six in Seminyak.
Overall a very nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle.

Fantastic Sanur villa
We were absolutely delighted with out stay in Villa Sanurita . The rooms were clean , spacious, and beautifully decorated. Kadek our housekeeper and driver looked after us as if we were family. The kitchen and lounge area were spacious and filled with all the amenities for dining in the villa. The pool was cool and perfect for a swim after a hot day of touring or shopping. The were many restaurants and warung a short walk away. The beach was just a stroll down the road. It too had many restaurants we loved. We will definitely return to this villa

SUPERB
Amazing Villa in quiet area of Sanur close to Mercure Hotel
This is a top class Villa spacious and clean equiped with all you require
Enclosed living area with modern kitchen and great air con throughout. Sensational 9 metre pool and great security.
Local shops and restaurants are close and a 5 minute drive to central Sanur.
Our Host Kadek really nice guy and extremely helpful .

Nice clean villa,great pool area,great kitchen facilities with everything you need.Booking was easy and fast.Nita even let us check in earlier than normal.Kadek was awesome,he organised push bikes for us,drove us around to where ever we wanted to go to,organised a tailor to repair a zip on a pair of shorts,Kadek is a really nice guy nothing is a problem for him,he is an absolute asset to Villa Sanurita.We will definately be back to stay at Villa Saurita again.Thank you

Tranquil and quiet
We rented this villa as a 2 bedroom villa, 3rd room was closed off.. overlooking a clean pool, this is set in a quiet location, at the end of a long lane. Lane is unlit, but torches are provided. Kadek is very helpful and usually available to drop you at a restaurant as it is a fair walk and not many taxis are found in this mainly residential area..
Villa is well equipped for cooking and is very clean and well maintained. Each bedroom has an ensuite and ample robe space and a safe. Light switches are a bit challenging, especially ones next to bed, cannot be reached while in bed! Very comfortable beds. Definitely recommend, but be prepared to do a lot of walking, approx 10 minutes to Jalan Cemara where.many restaurants are located. Breakfast at Mercure, approx 5 mins up the road, is very good value, 85 for big American breakfast. Flame opposite Mercure has a varied menu and is great for lunch or dinner..

Perfect relaxing holiday.
Villa Sannita is everything you could ask for, lovely clean pool, air con and tastefully decorated.
The villa has everything that you need. Lovely short walk to the beach and to the town.
The manager was fantastic in every way, more than helpful right from the start , sending loads of really useful info about the area and any question or query we had, was always dealt with.
I would definitely recommend it, thanks again Jankie and Kadek

The villa is located inside a real Balinese compound, your neightbours will be a very nice Balinese family so not only you will experience a luxury vacations but also get to know some real local people and culture.
Mertasari area is int he southern part of Sanur. A bit out of the traffic and noise. Is the new residential heaven in Sanur.
Mertasari Beach is also the favorite place for Balinese to bath at sunrise and sunset. Also is the best place for watersports like Kitesurfing, Windurfing, Surfing and Stand Up Paddle Surfing. The outside Reef create a calm lagoon where you can always have a swim without the scare of waves. Very ideal also for kids.
Getting around
Sanur is a great base to explore Bali from, with Seminyak, Kuta and Legian only a short 30 minutes taxi ride away, as is the Airport via the new express Tollway. Nusa Dua is only a 35 minutes drive and Ubud is about a 45 minutes drive from this beautiful villa.
