This private, traditionally styled holiday villa is wonderfully positioned in the centre of Sanur, a relaxed beachside suburb in the South East corner of Bali.
This Villa is located in the family compound of a beachfront Hotel, just a 100 meter walk to the beach. (with no road to cross!) If you are looking for a well located rental, yet also quiet, then this Villa is a wonderful choice.
We also have another 3 bedroom property within 50 meters, so if you have a larger travelling party then combined, these properties are ideal.
The Villa is a 2 story building with a large garden and pool. On the ground floor is the living dinning room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Up the staircase to the first floor are two more bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with seating for 6.

The Villa is a 2 story building with a large garden and pool. On the ground floor is the living dinning room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Up the staircase to the first floor are two more bedrooms and an outdoor balcony with seating for 6.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king-sized bed.The other two bedrooms are upstairs one with a king bed, the other with a queen. One of these bedrooms can also be configured as a twin room.
All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have adjoining en suites, with walk in showers, televisions with DVD players. The main bedroom ensuite also has a bathtub.
Please note the maximum occupancy for the Villa is 6 guests. A cot can be added to accomodate an additional infant for a small extra charge.
The living dining room contains two comfortable three seat sofas, a six seat dining table, television with streaming TV and DVD player, stereo system, and sideboard. The area is open to the outdoors and surrounded by plants. It is cooled by a large ceiling fan and several wall fans, and of course the sea breezes.
The swimming pool is 8 by 4 meters, and has two access steps to the shallow end. It sits just outside the living dinning room, providing a lovely outlook from within. There are 4 sun lounges with 2 large umbrellas to relax under. The pool area can be fenced off should you be concerned for your children's pool safety. There is a small additional charge for the set up and removal of the pool fence.
The kitchen facilities in the Villa include a large 2 door refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, an electric induction cook-top, small bench top oven, toaster, coffee plunger and teapot, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, a filtered water dispenser....everything you need if you wished to self-cater.
Close by is a wide range of restaurants and nightlife, Balinese, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Seafood and Italian cuisine's are all available in the local area, or we can send a chef to cook in the comfort of your Villa. The local supermarket is also only a short walk away.

Beautiful villa in top location - 1 minute walk to the main street with bars, restaurants and shops; 2 minutes walk to the beach. Far away from the major construction work which is happening further North in Sanur. Villa has pretty much all facilities you would ever need. Cleaning and gardening / pool cleaning staff came daily and were very friendly and thorough. Dinner at the villa by Kadek was delicious! Chris was always prompt and detailed in his communications.

Fabulous!
Clean, spacious and surrounded by well maintained lush gardens with good sized pool, our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Ibu. We were delighted with the location- between beach and Main Street. Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Communication with host and villa manager was also excellent- prompt and helpful. Everything you need has been thought of (umbrellas, unlimited safe drinking water, well equipped kitchen...). Can also highly recommend Dayu’s cooking, if you choose to have a meal prepared and cooked. If not, there are many good restaurants easy walking distance from the villa. We will definitely be back!

Large well maintained villa in middle of Sanur
Villa Ibu is a fantastic villa in the heart of Sanur. It is close to the beach and the main street, just a short walk to each. We have stayed at Villa Ibu four times now and we will definately be returning. The villa is very spacious and very well kept. The cleaning staff are polite, friendly and discreet. The booking process is very simple and Chris is very obliging to help with any queries or requests. The three bedrooms are very good sizes with ample storage space. The upstairs bathrooms are very small which is the only drawback with this property. The pool is a good size and there are plenty of chairs and lounges in the spacious outdoor area. A great villa, we always enjoy staying at Villa Ibu.

Excellent Villa in a great location
The Villa is very well fitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's close to fabulous restaurants, with the safe beach a short walk through the hotel resort. Whilst we were staying a situation occurred which was out of the Manager's control, however the owner and manager did everything they could to reduce the impact on us. The in-house Chef, Dayu, is an amazing cook and such a lovely person - she prepared a delicious dinner and looked after us very well. The daily cleaning team made us welcome and were unobtrusive if we were there whilst they were working. The very kind Villa driver, Ari, provided lots of information about the local culture and we also visited his village temple and his Uncle who is a local artist..
The main street is about 50 metres where there are supermarkets and variety shops.

Bliss in Sanur
This was our first Villa stay in Sanur having always stayed at neighboring hotel properties. We are truly converted to Villa Ibu. The property is huge with a large pool and lots of garden space and plenty of sun. There are lots of areas for sitting and the 5 of us never felt cramped. The staff do a wonderful discreet job of keeping everything running and very clean. The villa is decorated beautifully and your eyes are constantly drawn to different pieces. All contact with the Manager Chris was very efficient. We can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Still Fantastic
Another unforgettable two weeks in Villa Ibu.
I can't improve on my last review, other than to say, must do it again!!
A point about the kettle, while it is a little slow to boil, it doesn't turn itself off readily, it sits there happily boiling away for some time. If you check inside, you can see the water is boiling.

Charming villa in great location
We had a great week at Villa Ibu and had a very comfortable and peaceful break .
The villa is very well equipped with a beautiful living area that opens onto the lovely private garden and pool .
The air con in the bed rooms works very well and the kitchen has all you need .
A minor point is that it does need a new kettle . The current one is very slow to boil and we did let the staff know .
The villa has some charming paintings and artefacts which give it a lovely homely feeling and clearly some real thought has gone into the set up .
The position is wonderful a few mins walk to the beach and close to cafes and restaurants both on the main road side and the beach side .
The villa has a lovely traditional Bali feel to it and the staff who came every day looked after us very well indeed including Ari the driver .
It was a joy to relax there and also enjoy the tropical gardens .
A perfect villa for a group of friends or family given the three bed rooms and three bathrooms .
We would return for sure .

Lovely Rustic Bali Villa
We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa, it had everything we needed, neat and tidy. We were greeted on arrival and run through everything. If we needed anything we could just call Awan. We need some extra bedding for our beds and the next day it was arranged. Great location and close to restaurants and the beach. Nice bathrooms for each bedroom. The two upstairs bathrooms are smallish but do the job okay. Good wifi connection. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.

When can we go back?!
Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ibu, location was perfect especially considering this was our first visit to Sanur.
Chris, Awan and the staff were super helpful and made our stay so easy.
Pool gets heaps of sunshine, so ideal if you just want to relax and spend the day at the Villa.
Beds really comfy and everything provided that you would need to make yourself breaky and meals across the day.
Plus it's a really quick walk to some of the best restaurants in Sanur, as well as the night markets... do yourself a favour at get the 20k Mie Goreng!
Can't wait to get back there!

Sanur is a small beachside suburb in the southeast corner of Bali. It is one of the oldest settled areas of Bali and is very centrally located. It has easy access to the west coast of Kuta, Legian Seminyak, north to Ubud, the east coast, and other parts of Bali.
From this Villa, the beach is a short walk or bike ride from the house, and once there you can utilise the beachfront walkway and bikeway that extends the 7km length of Sanur beach.
