Additionally, our local property manager is available 24/7 in Cartagena to assist with check-in, check-out, and any other support you might need. Prime Location in Bocagrande: The Bocagrande neighborhood is the perfect base for exploring Cartagena. Just steps away from the apartment, you’ll find coffee shops (including a nearby Juan Valdez), shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, and easy access to the beach. The apartment also offers stunning views of Cartagena’s historic walled city. Conveniently Located: The airport is only a 20-minute drive away, with taxi fare averaging 30,000 COP. The famous Old City is just 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy scenic walks, amazing restaurants, and breathtaking views. There are several travel agencies nearby that can help you book day trips to some of Colombia’s most beautiful islands. Reserved parking is available for guests at the property. Important Information: All guests are required to provide passport information upon arrival for registration, in accordance with Colombia’s immigration regulations. To support energy conservation efforts, only one keycard will be provided for apartment access. Additional keycards may be requested for a fee of 20,000 COP per day. Local laws require all guests, including children, to present valid identification at check-in. The building strictly enforces a no outside guest policy.
