The studios are well distributed and offer large bathrooms, the most comfortable furniture, mixed with cool design, fast Internet and fully equipped kitchenettes. ##Access Guests will have access to the studio and common areas. In case you need laundry you will have to let us know in advance. ##Interaction Our staff will be at the property to check you in and show you around. We have a 24/7 number in case you need any help. We also offer concierge services in case you have special requirements or want to book any tours and activities. ##Notes The apartment can be cleaned on request for an additional cost. As we are a business, we charge and pay the local 19% sales tax here in Colombia. If you want to avoid paying the tax you will need to present your passport when you arrive so that we can make a copy of the ID page and the entry stamp. This proves you are a tourist, and exempt from the tax. Your concierge will ask to take a photo of these pages at check-in. Check in can be scheduled between 4 pm and 8 pm with no extra charge. After 8 pm and anytime on Sundays and Colombian official holidays, there is a check in fee of 15 USD. ##Neighborhood Brand new studio walking distance to Getsemani and Manga Bay.
