A bright three bedroom apartment very close to Old Town and everything that Dubrovnik has to offer. Located in a very quiet, peaceful and charming neighborhood, the location is very central and considered as one of the prime spots in Dubrovnik.

The apartment is located in the old house tucked back from the main street, away from crowds, overlooking a beautiful garden. The whole apartment boasts high ceilings, in-keeping with the traditional architecture of the period. The close proximity to Gradac Park and rocky swimming area is a bonus.

All facilities are available within a 5 minute walk from the house, i.e. grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, pubs and local shops

Location is great. It is very central (5 minutes walk distance to Old Town) and it benefits various bus routes linking you from Pile to pretty much everywhere in the city. Plenty of restaurants, bars within 5 minutes walk.
The beautiful Gradac Park is a plus and it is located just behind the flat.

The airport is situated 20 km southern of Dubrovnik. The cheapest transport option is to take the airport shuttle bus. Bus ticket can be purchased from the Atlas counter at the airport or on the bus. There is a taxi rank just outside the airport building where you can catch a regular taxi to Dubrovnik.
The port of Dubrovnik is 3 km away. From port and the Main bus station there are city buses to the apartment.
The house has no parking place.
