Villa Sunce with an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea and Elaphite archipelago is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Dubrovnik called Orašac.
Located only 10 km away from the historical Dubrovnik Old Town, you'll have the opportunity to be a part of that most beautiful city in the World but also far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city life.
Huge swimming pool area, surrounded by the Mediterranean trees and big terraces, offers opportunities for chilling and relaxing through the whole day.
Enjoy in gorgeous sunrise, sunset and the quiet Mediterranean nights.
Villa Sunce has 250 m2 and is ideal for the family or group of friends.

best place on earth for relaxing
The location is amazing - the both terraces allow a spectacular view to the sea.
All rooms are very beautyful and air conditioned. Surroundings are well looked after and the owners, Ivan & Sonja, gave a warm welcome and had ans was taking care all the times if there's a need for any support.
We all (2 pairs, one single) felt very well during our two-week stay and, of course, we'll come back next time.
The sun(ce) of Croatia - you'll find there definitely at Ivan's & Sonja's VILLA SUNCE in Orasac!

GREAT relaxing place
Great location, amazing view and the best pool I have ever had. The beach is quite close, as well as to the nearest store. A dozen kilometers to Dubrovnik makes this place a great starting point.
The big plus are the hosts, very open people, with no problems.
The place is very clean and tidy.
I strongly recommend everyone with full conviction.

It is impossible to leave this terrace.
We stayed 8 people from Oct. 4 - 11.
The house is top standard and very clean. We enjoyed every minute in the house.
Ivan, the owner/keeper, and his wife were very helpful and kind. The rooms were nice with fine beds and furniture. Bathrooms also very nice and clean. The only thing, that did not work, was the Coffeemashine! We would definitely not hesitate to come back.

Great house - perfect poolarea
We were 9 people staying for one week. We loved just to hang around the poolarea. Nice sunbeds and a lovely pool. Recomend renting a car to get around. The owners lives next door and were friendly and helpful.
