Just behind our house we have the famous ruins of La Recolección, my favourite.
Each flat has marble bathrooms and a wooden kitchen with granite top. All flats have huge glass sliding doors for lots of sunlight and great views on garden and mountains. Each flat has his modem for high-speed internet and wifi. A 32 inch flat screen TV provides you with 100 channels of entertainment.
The flat comes with cleaning service. We change your towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, kitchen towels and table cloth. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, kitchenware, cutlery, microwave, blender, coffee-maker, toaster and a big refrigerator.
In the common area you have a large garden of 250 m2, a cozy pergola where you can chat with other guests, 2 relaxing fountains, laundry area, and fully equipped bathroom for visitors. Just opposite the street we have a secured parking space for up to 10 vehicles.
We offer delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner if you don't want to cook yourself. We also offer taxi-service, shuttle service, spanish classes, etc...

My daughter and I stayed for 8 nights in the 2 bed 1 bath. The apartment and complex of small apartments is beautifully maintained with a lot of attention to detail. The hot water and water pressure are a luxury! The location is very good, not in the heart of main Antigua but within easy walking distance (10 -15 minutes) to everything. Uber and Uber eats are very reliable and fast. Never waited for an Uber more than 5 minutes and typical cost was around $3 for a ride. They have snacks, drinks, coffee all available for purchase in the beautiful lobby area. I particularly appreciated having the individual cappucino coffee maker there. Margeory manages the daily operations from the on-site and is fantastic at her job! She can make recommendations and arrange tours, shuttle, and just about anything else. They have a lunch offering everyday for $5 USD. They have a very nice pool and hottub.
Apartment 1 is located on the street side of the building so has a little street noise. The hot water went out one day and they had an electrician there right away to fixed the problem.
Overall I highly recommend this beautiful apartment and would stay again!

Very relaxed and Awesome!
We just got back from a two week stay at Apartamentos los Nazarenos in Antigua. If you want a place that is in walking distance to downtown with the added homey and relaxed feel, this is your place to stay. The owner Tom made us feel very welcome:) Thanks Tom!! What was nice about this place, is the courtyard, where you have a community of only a few guests, who can quite easily get to know each other, while chatting it up outside the suites or under the purgula. After a day downtown, it was so nice to have such a peaceful place to lay low. And very quiet!! Our apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean as well. Cristy, super friendly, was a great hand for whatever the needs were too. We needed a playpen and highchair and Tom had them ready for us in our apartment. Our Spanish is basically nil, but Tom happily ordered us food in a couple of times. Had a very good experience and would recommend a stay here if your looking.
Just very pleased and we’ll hopefully be back at some point to see your expansion.

Los Nazarenos - Apt 1. beautiful
We spent two nights at Los Nazarenos and the stay was wonderful. The owners provided fast and prompt feedback on the inquiries, handled the payments with professionalism and it was very easy. The apartment itself was peaceful, very clean and beautiful. This apartment is located at the corner of the building and the water fountain lullabied us to sleep. Not to mention that the strategically placed hammocks outside in the patio by the water fountain were a delight for a nap. We had excellent care, in fact, when we were waiting for our ride back to the city and past lunch, we were offered lunch and it was a delicious plate of chiles rellenos and frijoles. Wifi connections worked perfectly well too. I highly recommend Los Nazarenos.

Great apartment at an excellent price, especially for a longer stay.
I was in Antigua for three weeks, teaching a course. The apartment was perfect for me. It has a full kitchen, two large bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, and a very nice bathroom with large shower. There is also an outside seating area with table and chairs and hammocks that looks onto the central courtyard. This is the only apartment in the property that is one story. Because of that, there are cathedral ceilings in every room.
The owners live on-site and are available to help with anything, including with meals (though I did not take advantage of that). The apartment was cleaned regularly. The owners and the staff were very friendly, though not intrusive. If it is a concern, one of the owners is fluent in English.
The property is not in the center of the city, but located in a residential neighborhood. The tourist center (El Arco, La Merced) is about 15 minutes by foot, though it is much quicker by inexpensive tuk-tuk. However, the property is only about five minutes from the market, and the businesses, restaurants, and grocery stores that surround it. The area is convenient and safe and the neighbors are friendly.
I have nothing negative to say about the property or my experience. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but primarily in the living areas; the bed was great. Because it is in a residential neighborhood, you do get residential noise, but you don't get tourist noise. So, that's a win, I think.
For a long-term stay, this was great, as I could leave the tourist center—where my students were staying—and have a quieter and more authentic experience.
If I am back in Antigua, I will look to book here again.

All furniture is brand new and less than 6 months old, with the exception of an old sofa, that we will definitely replace as soon as possible so that this apartment will have a brand new sofa like all the other apartments. Next time you will be back the new sofa will be waiting for you !!

About the neighbourhood
Our aparthotel is situated in a quiet residential street with almost no traffic and no busses passing through. It is so quiet and safe that you will see kids playing football in the street in the evening. There are 2 American schools in our block which makes our neighborhood very cheerful.
Walking to the center is very easy. It takes only 5 minutes to the market, 5 minutes to La Merced and 10 minutes to the Central Plaza.
On the corner of our street you can also take a bus to the main bus station, from where you can travel to anywhere in the country.
The exact address of our aparthotel is Calle de los Nazarenos 19D. From the ruins of La Recolección, it is one block north and then half a block to the left. From the Curch La Merced it is 2 blocks north and 4.5 blocks to the left. When you ask a taxidriver, they now the are by the name 'Chajon' or the school MAES (Modern American English School).
Getting around
Just download the Uber app on your phone and you can get anywhere around Antigua for just 15 GTQ (2 USD) !!
You can also take the bus to the market or the villages around for just 2 GTQ (0.25 USD) a tuctuc for 15 GTQ (2 USD) and a taxi for 30 GTQ (4 USD)
A trip to the capital is in general 150 GTQ (20 USD) with Uber and 300 GTQ (40 USD) with a taxi.
You can get to the Pacific Ocean and Lake Atitlan for just 15 USD/person with a collective tourist shuttle.
