Brand new luxury, 2-room ****IVANA apartment is intended for business and/or pleasure guests visiting Belgrade for a shorter period of time. It can accomodate up to 4 guests. Appartment is situated in the prestigious, modern part of New Belgrade called Belville, close to most of foreign and local businesses, nearby Sava river, famous for its nightlife on float restaurants & discotheques as well as in the immediate vicinity of the biggest shopping mall in this region -“Delta City”. Belgrade International Airport Nikola Tesla is only about 10 minute by car.

A warm welcome
I was in Belgrade on a business trip in Feb 2013. The apartment I stayed in is located in a new, very nice neighborhood, next to a big shopping mall (one of the two biggest in Belgrade). The apartment is very clean and cozy, and it has everything you need. I laso liked the view - the terrace is overlooking a lovely bridge! But what amazed me the most was the host! Mr Mirko was so welcoming to me and I am definitely going to be his guest again on my next business trip to Serbia!
I would definitely recommend this apartment!

My vote - 5 stars :)
I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it. Everything in the apartment is new, it has everything you would need during your stay and it is also a part of a recently built building complex just next to a shopping mall. It is located in a part of the city that is considered a business area, which was very convenient for me, since the offices of the company that I was dealing with was just walking distance (business complex "Airport City". The host was very helpful, he provided me with all the information I needed and he was kind enough to both pick me up and drop me to the airport with no extra charge :)

grate experiance during my visit in December
Excellent service.
Apartment is very nicely organized with all necessity for comfortable stay.
Location is very good with access of lot of public transport which bring you to old part of the city in 10 min.

Fabulous location in New Belgrade and a Fabulous Host! Highly recommended!
I stayed in this apartment for a month and I only have words of praise. Fabulously located in new Belgrade, next to the shopping centre Delta, with everything, stores, post office, laundry and your disposal, this was a great stay. I will stay here again and highly recommend it to all travellers. The host, Mr. Perovic will arrange your pick up and drop to airport and will assist you in everything in the city.

Very cute and convenient
A very cute apartment, it's obvious that the owner has an eye for details. I loved the way it is furnished, it's both pretty and practical with everything at hand. The host was very helpful and polite, he gave us very useful information about Belgrade and getting around. Right in front of the building is the Delta City Shopping Mall, which is super convenient. The area around also has many cute cafes and restaurants with Serbian "pekara". We just loved them!
