How to get there
The address is 16 king David street. You will see an entrance to the parking garage with a big garage door. Intercom the guard, tell him that you're in 306 parking spot 433. He will open the garage. Go down to -4 spot 433, on the way there is a sort of barrier that the guard should open for you as you approach. Take the elevator in building B2 to the fourth floor. Out of the elevator to the left is apt 306. Code is C3570Y. Turn both handles and you're in!
