The sea breeze runs through the apartment's well-designed cross ventilation providing a natural and a continuous cooling system. The apartment is accessed by Elevator or Stairs.

The apartment is self-check-in. Depending on the time of arrival we can organise the keys either to be handed over to you or to be collected at the gate (i.e Security Post). Please feel free to use the tea/coffee/milk and water provided for you at your arrival. During your stay, we encourage you to visit the recently renovated rooftop which will no doubt enthral you with its beautiful views of the ocean, the city and the cool breeze. An ideal place to visit, especially during dusk.

Safe and clean place to stay in Colombo. Nice rooftop was there. Upili and Indira were helpful and friendly ,all the Supermarkets and Dining places were close.

We stayed here for 10 days and it was a great base to get to know Colombo and plan the rest of our Sri Lanka trip. Very central, good security, easy to pick up a tuk tuk and it was great to watch the traffic...More

About the neighbourhood
In 1978, when administrative functions were moved to Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, Colombo was designated as the commercial capital of Sri Lanka. Like many cities, Colombo City is home to a majority of Sri Lanka's corporate offices, restaurants and entertainment venues. Famous landmarks in Colombo includes Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), the National Museum, Vihara Mahadevi Park and the famous Galle Face Green are accessible in 15-20 minutes from the apartment.
Other attractions such as the Parliament Complex in Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte, Mount Lavinia beach and Dehiwela Zoo can be reached within 20-30 minutes. (Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte is a satellite city of Colombo and often called New Capital Territory).
Getting around
The best way to get around in Colombo is via Tuk-Tuk. From our apartment it is very easy to hail a Tuk-Tuk. Our security will assist you to hail a tuktukk at your request. Colombo also has Nano taxi service and Pick-me -up which is the local Uber system.

Airport: Bandaranayake International Airport Katunayake : 30.0 km
Railway: Bambalapitiya: 4.0 km
We would recommend you to take a taxi or a private hiring car from the Airport. It could take about an hour to reach the Apartment in Havelock Road, Colombo 5.
Now that the motorway is opened, depending on traffic the time taken will be much less.
If you need us to organize transport from the air-port we are happy to do so at a cost.
