This is a modern studio apartment nestled in the back half of a carefully-renovated Cambodian-style city townhouse featuring our in-house Treehouse Cafe at the front. Equipped with a double bed and wardrobe crafted by local artisans, a private bathroom, kitchen and dining table. Just 1 min to the Genocide Museum, we're located in the up-and-coming Tuol Sleng neighbourhood which is dotted with other cafes, restaurants and boutique shops.

•In consideration of our neighbours and guests, pease keep noise levels in the apartment low between 9pm to 9am.
•No additional guests please, as we can only receive the number of guests which you identify in your travel party.
•For longer term stays, towels are changed once a week, rooms are cleaned twice a week and sheets are changed every other week.
•No shoes are allowed in the house. Please take them off and leave them by the door.
•No parties.

Cool & nice studio apartment next to S21
Nicer than expected! It's just next to the S21 genocide museum, has a cafe out in front serving amazing coffee, great for breakfast and afternoon tea. The room is clean, with a nice shower and a little kitchenette. Very easy to get around the city on tuk-tuks, and I had nice help from the folks in the cafe.

Cosy, clean and convenient stay with lovely hospitality!
I loved staying here! This apartment is located at the back of a charming cafe serving some of the best specialty coffee I've ever had. It's very nicely furnished, has a comfortable bed, wifi, strong aircon and hot water for showers. Would highly recommend.
