This modern 2-bedroom, 1,300 sq. feet, freshly-renovated apartment on 4th floor is 3 min walking distance from the famous Opera house, coffee shops, best restaurants, public transport and parks. Air-conditioning in every bedroom and living room, Wifi, baby-cod, fully-equipped kitchen and furniture are all included in the price. Friendly owner willing to help. Airport pickup and dropping off can be arranged also with the owner.
If you need daily housecleaning (including washing and ironing), add US$ 12 per day to the price.

Awesome stay
Loved the location !!! Great amenities and service was great ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Clean and comfortable. I will be booking this place again on my next visit !

luxury apartement in the heart of Yerevan
Nice apartment perfect location makes your trip even better. the owners make you feel very comfortable during your whole stay .very good and professional housekeeper makes home clean and cozy. will be back for sure in the future

A perfect stay in a perfect apartment in a great location.
This our sixth stay in apartments in Yerevan and the quality of this one was the best comparing price and product. Its location is much better compared to Freedom Square, as it really is the center.
Everything is provided that you could need, whether you want to eat in or out and with two huge fridge-freezers and many nearby stores supplies is not a problem.
The owner's arrangements for arrival were faultless and help is always on hand if need - just a telephone away.
To sum it up we are well satisfied.

Great location and a wonderful apartment
I wanted to stay downtown to avoid taxis and transport. This apartment was very central, close to Republic Square and the Opera, all sorts of amazing restaurants and coffee shops. I was a 15-min walk away from pretty much everything I wanted to see in Yerevan.
The owner was very friendly, willing to help and even drive wherever we wanted to go.
The apartment was well-renovated and fresh, with all the furniture we needed. They had two fridges in the kitchen!
The entrance into the building was a bit narrow (by North American standards!), but you get used to it. If you are European, then it is not narrow at all, for a city center.

The best location for visiting Yerevan. In the hart of downtown. Very close to cinemas and theatres. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping district. The same building as “Lavash” restaurant on Tumanyan street.
Getting around
Public transport is easily available from the Main Street. Variety of taxi companies are present in Yerevan. The taxi in Yerevan is very cheap compare to rate in Europe.
