This is the most convenient address to choose as your residence in Taipei, the studio is designed with the business professional and small family in mind, with 24 hour security guards in a high-rise building with elevators, near two MRT stations (Zhongxiao Fushing & Nanjin East Road) 5 minutes by walking. Bus stops, department store, supermarket, CVS, restaurants, Liao Ning night market, HSBC, Citi bank and hospital are nearby. The studio is good for one person or a couple. The studio has a bedroom area, a living room area, a kitchen area, and a beautiful shower room (equipped with hair dryer, towel, both gel, shampoo). Stay Away
We rented the furnished apartment near MRT STA Jan.9, 2015. We had to leave, it was disgustingly dirty. There is mold all over the shower and window sills, the frying pan and knives had food and grease stuck on them, top of fridge full of dust and dirt, used bars of soap in the bathroom, air vent of the air conditioning was not clean, the bedding didn't smell clean, nothing looked clean, dirt everywhere you look, even under bathroom cupboard. There is no clean smell anywhere. There are cockroach/bug traps everywhere (better than seeing the bugs I guess). We have stayed in MANY apartments/condos all over the world and none of them were dirty. She obviously has a different standard of cleanliness then we do. HOWEVER Elaine was a good host as far as making sure we arrived, she called us through our taxi driver when he met us at the airport. She emailed instructions to pick up keys and how to get in, as it was after midnight.
