This ground level apt has its own, secure, drive in electric gate operated by your own remote controller. This is a 1 bedroom, bathroom with a large shower, full kitchen with eating area, relaxing front room, and has an office desk area. The front porch is great for enjoying the sea breezes and sunrises. The apt. has its own inside full sized washer and dryer, iron and iron board for your personal use.

This apartment was very large, lovely and well-kept!
Belize in general is an amazingly beautiful country with greenery everywhere along with colorful homes! We stayed for two month to relax and this was just the right place!! The apartment is large, bright and well kept with everything you might need! Sitting at the screened in veranda looking out at the sea and the birds was such a pleasure! There is a darling quiet little beach close by where the water is nice and warm and welcoming!
The town of Corozal has a long Mayan history with an Archeological ruin in the town and a great sea wall all along its waterfront. There are lots of places to sit or swim with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The thing we liked the best were the kind, very helpful and friendly people!

Loved it!
A beautiful, spacious and comfortable place. Fully appointed kitchen. All rooms are very generously sized and well furnished. David was the perfect host providing guidance and directions to everything to see and do in Corozal and the surrounding area. Thanks, David for making our visit to Corozal wonderful. See you again soon!

Beautiful sea view home close to town
We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for two months. The home is fully furnished with everything possibly needed. The hosts are onsite and wonderful. They tended to any need that arose very quickly. Wonderful couple to get to know.

Phenomenal
This place was clean, the owner made you feel like family. This will be my yearly vacation. Getting to the Cays is a skip and a jump from this location. The view is breath taking, the sunsets to die for. I love it

Unbelievable
What impressed us the most was the view and the people. Getting up every morning and looking at the Corozal Bay from our front porch was breath taking. The neighbors were extremely helpful and friendly.Chef Wilson at the Almond Tree Resort was outstanding. We can't give enough praise for David the owner.The one bedroom apartment is clean and spacious.We can't wait to return!!!!!

Can't say enough good things about this rental.
This is a wonderful place to stay. Quiet road but close to stores and downtown. It's gated so it's secure.
The owner, David, is on the property so if you have any problems he is there to help. We had neighbors with no vehicle. He took them grocery shopping. We flew to San Pedro for a day and he insisted on taking us to the airstrip and picking us up so we didn't leave our truck unattended.
Nice restaurant is 2 minutes away. They even do delivery.
The apt. was clean and with a full kitchen including pans and utensils.
Pros: You just read them.
Cons: None.
If you are staying in Corozal you absolutely can not do better.

This could not have been better
This beautiful FULLY furnished apartment could not have had anything added. Every possible item that we might have needed was there. Bernie and David became our friends and helped us allot finding the things that we were interested in. We will be back!

very calm and relaxing place
i lived there from May 1st 2015 until December 27th 2015. I only left to go down to San Ignacio. I truly felt like I was missing my home after I left. B and D were great people whom I consider friends not land lords. Will I go back, if I get the chance 100 percent I would only go back there. Corozal town is a very nice place where I meant some great people, I would recommend this place to anyone with no remorse.

Very Satisfied
We stayed at this property for only two weeks but found it to be very nice. Good location, appreciated the bikes that were furnished and David and Bernies friendliness and appreciated their helpfulness. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic
We totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was so much bigger then the pictures showed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Including most all of the small appliances I have in my own home. We were able to cook a crock pot roast which was great. I totally miss the view out the front window every morning. Unfortunately we were not able to meet Mrs. Bernie as she was in the states but really enjoyed Dave he was a wonderful host and showed us around town and taught us where and how to shop and get bucket gas. The only bad thing about the trip was the road construction in town and the detours and condition of the roads. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks Dave and Bernie for a truly memorable trip.
