This cabin is located in a culdesac in a very desirable area of Arnold called Blue Lake Springs (10 minutes from Murphys and 35 minutes from Alpine Lake and Bear Valley (Route 4). Blue Springs Lake has its own two private small lakes, pool, tennis courts, ping pong and entertainment facility and restaurant. There is also a bigger lake (White Pines) 10 minutes drive.
You will find everything you need for cooking, bbq time or just hanging out in the expansive deck of the cabin. The kitchen and living room are an open space.
Bedrooms are spacious and bathroom has new shower installed.
This is our second home so we are making it comfortable for our family and visitors to our best. We are still planning on improvements and we would like to hear from our guests about their experiences.

About the neighbourhood
Quiet and private, the property is half an acre in a cul de sac. It is 3-4 minutes up from highway 4. There is seasonal creek in our property.
Getting around
For grocery shopping we recommend Big Trees Market, from our neighborhood taking Country Club road, just crossing Route 4. In the same shopping area there is a coffe shop and round table pizza. Before getting to the market, visit the brewery, perfect for early dinner and drinks.
When you are in our side of country road, a little bit west, there is snow and aquatic activities rental and sales of equipment, clothing.
In down town Arnold we like stopping for lunch at Giant Burguer, dinner at Sarafina (advance reservation). In the Chevron there is pay phone ( bring coins!) and they also make good fresh sandwiches.

How to get there
It is just 4 minutes off highway 4 in Arnold, CA. Big trees park is about 7 minutes ( technically, we are Neighbors).
The drive is under three hours from San Francisco. It rarely gets any longer than three hours either.
