The beautifully remodeled townhouse, originally built in 1900, has everything you need to relax in, enjoy the spacious living areas, and enjoy sitting out in the back on the spacious deck. You have the access to the entire townhouse or the square foot is 2200. The first floor has several living rooms and kitchen, in the open layout. All of the three bedrooms have a queen bed. The house is in the the premier location: Shaw, DC, which is in the heart of DC - 3 blocks to Metro station, closer to Union Station, and 10 miles to DCA. Few blocks from awesome cafes like Compass at 7th Ave, NW and Q St, NW or restaurants off 7th Ave, NW. Few minutes of bike to Logan Circle and Dupont Circle.
There is a visitor parking pass available that allows you to park anywhere in the Northwest area including Dupont and Georgetown - anytime, that shows the Zone 2 or 6. Please...
