THE SPACE This stylish historic property is situated in the very centre of Warsaw, in a prestigious and safe area near Belveder (President Palace), embassies and Royal Łazienki Park. The house was built in 1936 and has been restored in 2012, the building is on the list of monuments of Warsaw. Apartment was fully and complete renovated in December 2016. During the renovation we installed modern facilities like: underfloor heating under the tiles in the whole apartment, soundproof wooden windows, roman blinds in the bedrooms (the material is not translucent), oak floor or modern spot lighting. We managed to combine the historic interior of the old building with modern comfort. We managed to combine the historic interior of the old building with modern comfort. This truly unique apartment has 68sqm and a huge beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace, perfect for a sunny breakfast or an evening rest. The apartment is on the ground floor making it convenient for people with loads of luggage and kids. To enter the house you don't have to climb a single step, which makes it convenient when you have to bring in a tone of stuff and/or you're tired coming back from a good day out in Warsaw. The apartment consists of a spacious HALLWAY, large BATHROOM with a rain shower and two sinks and a small room under the stairs where we placed a wardrobe and a washing machine. The main room is a huge LIVING ROOM with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You can see the garden from the living room through a wall of large windows. This way you get to enjoy the view of nature all the time. Directly through the living area you have access to a garden and 13sqm terrace where you can relax and have a meal at the table. There are 2 sofas in the living room (1 foldable sofa which sleeps two and 1 foldable sofa which sleeps one). On the ground floor, with an entrance directly from the living room, is also a SMALLER BEDROOM. They are 2 single beds there, but if you want, we can combine them into 1 large double bed. The MASTER BEDROOM is a on the first floor. You enter the big bedroom through the wide oak staircase. In the bedroom is 1 large double bed and a 1 small sofa bed which can sleep one person (convenient if you are traveling with a kid and want to have it close at night) The place has WI-FI coverage inside and outside the house. Inside the house the is a 40 inch TV with cable TV. In the KITCHEN you'll find a large fridge and freezer, a gas stove, a dishwasher, microwave/owen, coffee maker (two types: Italian and American style) , a electric kettle and a full set of pots and pans. The apartment has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, clean towels and bed sheets, blankets, sewing kits, first aid kit,and everything else you might need during the trip like: candles for romantic evenings, board games if you want to be entertained, information about the city and its surroundings, maps and books about Warsaw history... GUEST ACCESS If you arrive by car, you'll have access to gated private parking lot in the residential area. One car only. Please note that outside the residential area, there are parking meters ticking on weekdays between 08:00 - 18:00. the apartment is ideal for 4 people but can accommodate 8 If you are coming with a child, we will fix you a kid's bed. Apartment is very kids-friendly (no extra charge for children under 10 years old) HOUSE RULES Do not smoke in the apartment - you can do it in the garden on the terrace . Please remember that in Poland there is a custom keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Respect your neighbors and don't make loud parties in the evening in the garden and in the apartment. GETTING AROUND The Royal Route (Polish: Trakt Królewski) in Warsaw, Poland, is a former communication route that led southward from the city's Old Town. It now comprises a series of connecting Warsaw streets that feature a number of historiclandmarks. The Royal Route begins at Warsaw's Castle Square (Old Town) and runs south down Krakowskie Przedmieście Street, Nowy Świat Stree), Aleje Ujazdowskie, Belwederska Street and Sobieskiego Street, finally to arrive at Wilanów (King Jan III Sobieski's personal residence). Apartment is located near Belwederska (part of Royal Route). It is very conviniently located for the use of public transport - any direction in Warsaw is accecible from the cross roads and bus stops 200 m away. From the closest bus stop every few minutes you can catch buses to the Nowy Świat Street and National Museum (7 min), Warsaw Old Town (10 min), or Willanów (15 min). The second bus stop is located just 350 m from the flat and gives direct access to the center: Palace of Culture and Science (12min) as well as the Central Railway Station (14 miN). Daytime taxi from the Old Town or from Central Railway Station shouldn't cost more than 15 PLN (3,5 Euro) You are in walking distance from many Warsaw atractions, and your walk back home is safe, as this area is fully monitored as well 'well guarded' by nearby embassies and goverment buildings.More

We don't rent apartment for parties or any events. Do not smoke in the apartment - you can do it in the garden or on the terrace. Please remember that in Poland there is a custom keeping the noise down after 10 pm. Respect your neighbors and don't make loud parties in the evening in the garden and in the apartment. Arrival after 10pm is also possible but paid extra 40 PLN (10 Euro).

About the neighbourhood
The house is located 400 m from Polish Presidential Palace, and almost in front of the massive Russian embassy. The house of the Prime Minister is just 200 m away. The real jewel lies behind the house - just 100 meters away you have the entrance to the Royal Lazienki Park - the oldest and most beautiful park in Warsaw, a must visit place in Warsaw. There is small restaurant in nearby apartment building (200m), where you can have your morning coffee or last snack in the evening. The nearby Regent Warsaw Hotel (200m) offers restaurants and bars. Around 450 meters away is also a good Mexican restaurant 'Blue Cactus' open late in the evening. Bus stop, ATM, restaurants and grocery shop, are located within a radius of 50-400m meters.
